Although this recently seams to have been fixed. We were really impressed with the software and it was ideal for our purposes. It also integrated within our CMS which was one of the main reasons we tried the software. Cons The software was impressive, developed by Surrey Physio, they have obviously put their years of experience in the physio world to good use with their software. For us, unfortunately it was a negative experience with their customer service levels that let the business down.
