They have pretty good support, account managers that can really help you and the technology is improving. It is very customizable for almost any business need but does need more resources to support it and keep the data clean even with the automation. The cost will be a big deterrent for many as Oomnitza won't even talk to you if you are below a certain device count. Pros The biggest pro Oomnitza has is it's extensive integration list. Most of the most common MDM and software titles have integrations to bring in asset inventory and software inventory. Their API workflows is powerful in bringing automation at scale. Cons The biggest con is the UI and cost. The UI still feels dated even though they've been through many revisions over the years. It's also one of the most expensive ITAM's out there and will need the scale to justify the cost. Once again the CSM and tech help have been incredible. Pros The customer service is out of this world! Their techs are very knowledgeable and quick to respond. They will help customize features for your company's use and really tailor their program to your needs. Cons There isn't too much difference if you build an excel file out well enough, but this saves a lot of time and does have helpful API tools for integration with other programs.
