Pros: Aesthetically appealing; powerful capability; good collaboration tool

Cons: At the time of use, we had no way to quickly get our data out of the tool if needed. I'm not sure if this has been improved yet. Felt a little confusing to find and organize things.

Overall: TipHive was introduced with the idea of having it almost replace a file structure for collaboration. While a fine idea, we could never get it off the ground in part because we didn't have a way to get things entered directly on the site exported if needed. A bonus of TipHive is that you're supposed to be able to search from anywhere to find whatever it is you're looking for. That's a nice feature, but it made things murky at times and led to some having the sentiment of "just put it anywhere since we can just search." I personally prefer more of a traditional folder structure so it may have just not been a great fit for me. We still have the tool and it gets light use.
