Literally saves hours of time. Cons If you're a coder like myself, there are some moments with complicated use-cases where you'll struggle to massage the data into the way you want it using the modules UI. ie you could code a solution faster. Pros I have used Zapier for the past year. Started looking for other options on the market and found Integromat. IN the process of moving all flows over to Integromat. Cons Slight learning curve but worth it. We were used to a different system, once we got it figured out it all clicked. It's not always the most intuitive, but fortunately their support is outstanding to assist with any issues you have. When I brought up to their support how an integration seemed like it should be capable of something it wasn't, they immediately sent it over to their developers and they improved their integration in 1 day. Amazing. Where Zapier limits many functions to their higher paid plans, Integromat doesn't. Cons At this point, the only reason why I would even consider Zapier is if it had services that Integromat did not. The speed at which Integromat is adding services is impressive, and I am hoping to port over all my Zapier zaps in the future. Decided to stick with Zapier. One of the big reasons I was considering going with Integromat was their Android app. Zapier doesn't have this. I was hoping to be able to automate sending SMS messages on my phone depending on certain triggers in my CRM. Unfortunately I didn't have time to wait for help from their support team on this. Pros I liked the visual workflow builder, though it was a little confusing to figure out how to get the different nodes to communicate with each other. It does a great job! Pros I like Integromat very much, because it delivers high quality functionality AND gives many more features than its competition , for example the option of "error handler" that doesn't exist in other integration tools, that serves to dictate to the software what to do in case of an error... I also like the fact that it is visual, and so, very easy to use. Cons I don't think it is any difficult to use, I have a very positive experience. It is also very easy to learn.
