### "An Amazing Tool for Marketers and Business Automation"

June 15, 2022

5.0

Pros

Make is simply the best automation tool that connects thousands of cloud and on-premise endpoints through a visual interface. Make helps create intuitive automations, from mundane tasks to complex business processes, which save time and headaches.

Cons

Initially, the lack of MS SQL Server triggers seemed like a turnoff. It turns out, there's a better way. Instead of needlessly polling your DB constantly, contacting Make via a simple webhook is much more efficient. What seemed like the only con wasn't a disadvantage at all.

Alternatives considered

[Workato](https://www.capterra.com/p/148729/Workato/)

Reason for choosing Make

Workato wasn't very responsive to inquiries. It took multiple emails to get a response. There's no easy way to demo the platform.

### "Many extensions to choose from and better than Zapier"

May 10, 2022

4.0

Pros

I like the fact that it has integrations to all of the software we use which allows us to streamline and automate our backend processes. It is also inexpensive compared to Zapier.

Cons

The learning curve was steep and the initial setup throws errors most of the time, sometimes errors without much detailed explanation.

### "Integrated automatic life"

August 19, 2022

5.0

I use it to share photos and texts automatically to my telegram channel. I also used it to save attachment of labeled mails to google drive.

Pros

The scale of integration services is very wide. Mail services, social media, office softwares, and whatever you use online can be used as a data provider and service in Make. There are a lot of ready to use public templates.

Cons

Adding services such as Gmail or other Google services takes to much steps and time. Instead of adding keys or tokens, it would be easier using log in screens.

### "Excellent graphic workflow manager with exceptional customer support"

November 29, 2022

5.0

I began using this platform when it was still called Integromat to automate the collection of data from one source, reformat it and then save it to google drive for use in another application. It worked perfectly and I soon had other automations and workflows established to improve my workrate and efficiency. I find the platform to be hugely versatile and adaptable and would recommend it to anyone needing to automate complex functions across a range of data sources and applications.

Pros

I love the drag and drop graphic interface where workflows are constructed almost as much as the fantastic customer support which was invaluable.

Cons

Because the huge range of applications and processes that can be incorporated into Make, it can seem a little daunting and overwhelming to start building workflows, but the support team are ready and willing to get involved and offer suggestions and tweaks to achieve your desired goal

### "professional workflow diagram"

May 24, 2022

5.0

the most tedious flows like: complete forms, save documents in a specific place, insert pdf invoices from e-mail into our ERP without any manual step

Pros

The diagram editor is a unique feature, but you need a while to learn how it works.

Cons

is not simple like others, but is really powerful, if you are a programmer-like minded you'll love it at first sight

### "Great balance between flexibility and ease of use"

February 26, 2022

4.0

Make is still my go to automation tool. I do have to resort to some other tools for more specialized needs like scraping or looping/transforming data as I feel like it uses lots of ops for such trivial tasks.

Pros

I love the visual workflow editor (much more flexible than the static one in Zapier for multipath and conditional logic). It's the best in it's category. I also love how easy it is to debug each step.

Cons

Pricing is still great value even after the rebrand. It just feels strange though to pay 3x more for your ops if you have to upgrade. I always had a mixed feeling about the support, sometimes I don't get an answer, sometimes it's super fast. Some modules are not maintained (or very slowly) and cause your scenarios to break (Youtube come on !) Some features have been massively voted (like merged path) and years later, it's not there yet. Arrays and collections work differently, which is always a headache to convert to the format your need in my experience. I'm missing a way to resume or restart a run that errored after fixing the scenario.

### "Incredibly easy setup and deployment"

September 4, 2020

5.0

This program has saved me and my company an extraordinary amount of time and resources by allowing us to automate processes that would normally be arduous and time consuming.

Pros

The interface makes it very easy to setup scenarios, even for users with minimal experience. There are more modules available than I would ever know what to do with, giving me tons of possibilities to further automate my company's processes.

Cons

Some features that I would like available are either still in development or are still at the drawing board. This means I have had to create some workarounds for functionality that I would like to see.

Reason for choosing Make

Price was the main selling point as well as recommendations from peers

### "This tool definitely crushes the competition"

February 19, 2019

5.0

I've tried a number of tools in the space, and Integromat really just brings it in all the places that are important to me. I appreciate the overall flexibility -- the developers have assumed nothing about your project and so there are no restrictions to what you can achieve. The pop-open config panels for each pre-built module are a clean and simple way to manage what would otherwise be a HUGE tangle of individual libraries and imported classes. I've created a tool that funnel multiple lead sources into a single PipeDrive sales flow. I've built a service to provide email addresses to website members that forwards inbound messages to the address associated with their user account. I've built a signup-processing tool that adds new subscribers to variable MailChimp lists depending on the details of their service agreement.

Pros

Visual UI simplifies complex integration networks Really good selection of pre-built interface modules Ability to write your own reusable modules Debugging system to track down integration errors Lots of options for handling of errors Usable freemium offering and great pricing after that

Cons

There are a few interface modules that I'd like to see pre-built for tools that I use, but these tools also utilize REST APIs, so the lack of pre-built modules doesn't get in the way of actual development. It just feels a bit neater to use a pre-built module and see those icons in the UI instead of just seeing a bunch of webhoook icons.

### "Good for small flows, messy for bigger ones"

August 15, 2021

4.0

Integromat is good for small flows, where you take the data from a source/trigger, format it and send it to another service via a bundled module or via API request (through the Web Request module). However, when you have a lot of modules the things become complicated since it is difficult to manage data inside your flow, especially when you have different sets of data in one trigger

Pros

It can be "programmed" through flows There are a lot of modules to choose from, one specific for every service

Cons

No customer support: either you send a support ticket or you post in the community group you don't receive a reply. It becomes difficult to manage data in bigger flows (you have to use Integromat variables and you can type to enter them faster)

### "Incredible product and service in the automations / aggregation space"

5.0

Brilliant. Since moving across to Integromat we've never looked back.

Pros

By far one of the most comprehensive software integration / aggregators that I've seen. Very powerful in terms of capabilities and leaves the likes of Zapier for dead.

Cons

The increased capability of the platform can at times be overwhelming, however their support is also exception and has helped a lot during more complex scenarios / automations.

### "The most complete and ergonomic automation tool"

July 29, 2022

5.0

Awesome. Make is my favorite tool.

Pros

With Make any kind of automation is possible. We can go very far in the workflow, even automate an entire business. Getting started with the tool seems complicated at first but you get used to it very quickly. I highly recommend.

Cons

What's unfortunate is that with Make the "sleep" feature only lasts 300 seconds. It would have been useful to have a module where we could apply a longer delay.

### "The best no-code automation tool out there"

April 29, 2024

5.0

Pros

The visual interface of Make is a joy to use. The educational course content is very comprehensive and makes it easy to get up and running and learn, not just how Make works, but how applications communicate in general. So even if you're a complete novice but have a desire to learn a new skill, it's very valuable. Support is excellent and the Make community will always support you if you have trouble with building particular scenarios.

Cons

If I had to pick a flaw, while the educational content is very good, there are "continuation" errors (I assume due to updates in the course content which is not back-checked and edited, or due to updates to the platform, so an image you see may not be the same as in the course). This can confuse beginners and did confuse me at the start. But it is improving.

### "One of the best automation tools I've used"

December 12, 2023

5.0

Pros

Make is great when you want to automate stuff between various platforms and there are no native integrations. After watching a few videos of people using it, it became easy to jump right into it and create scenarios. Even if a tool has no integration with Make, using the API is fairly easy.

Cons

Since Make charges per operation, it can become somewhat expensive, but besides that nothing comes to mind.

My overall experience with Make is fantastic, in the new age of workflow automations this tools makes my life easier and productive!

### "Best integration app "

May 7, 2019

5.0

The Integromat helped to change workflow and document + data flow in our publishing company. Cannot imagine our business without it. We use Zapier too for some simpler tasks (easy zaps are easy to set up but more complicated scenarios or scripts are not possible at all). It is only a matter of time when we leave it forever.

Pros

\- powerful and flexible yet still simple to use - a growing number of integrations - great support (always helpful) - data warehouses - price is affordable

Cons

\- documentation could be more thorough - iOS app could be nicer

### "An easy way to use tools together for automation"

June 17, 2022

5.0

Pros

I love this product because they make it easy to put together several software tools. I created a marketing process where I put together: Google Sheets, Gmail, HubSpot, and Mailchimp. Since I implemented this, I have saved hundreds of hours; the process is automated, and it didn't take long to do it.

Cons

I was afraid with the migration from Integromat that, I would need to create the process again or tweak it. But no, the migration was great, easy, and straightforward.

Pros

The product can connect any types of awsome tools together through API. You can do whatever you want to do if you have knowledges about API.

### "Amazing product I use every day"

May 6, 2019

5.0

I've been using Integromat for the last year and at this point I have 30 active scenarios. I used to use Zapier but because of how amazing Integromat is at handling collections, I moved everything over to Integromat. The way you can see the visual flows is just so much better than anything else I've tried. Also, if you need to design your own app, it is much simpler than Zapier. You don't need to do anything with node. You can just define the JSON input and response.

Pros

Easy to visually see a workflow. Better support for collections than Zapier. Easy to build your own apps. Branching logic is easy. You can get really advanced with the flows.

Cons

Their documentation could be improved for some of their connectors.
