We ended up moving to a competitor for more versatility and compatibility with third party integrations Pros Offers a well priced alternative to Zapier. Setting up certain integrations were easy and the platform was stable and reliable. Cons Fewer third party compatibility than Zapier at the time of using. This forced more work up front to integrate our third party integration tools to work with Make. If you don't know basic programming principles, some aspects of Make may be confusing to use and not user friendly. We are a not for profit and the support Make gives us is amazing.The support and the forums are really good too if you get stuck. Pros Never having used automation software before I expected a much stepper learning curve. So thumbs up for ease of use. Its integration with SQL and Xero and Gmail is excellent. Cons Nothing really. I would be nit-picking - so not pointing directly to an existing SQL query make it a little more cumbersome, but copying and pasting soon gets round it. Pros Integromat it's very simple to use, connecting and setting up any Google app is a breeze, error fixing is very simple saving me a lot of time by just dragging and dropping to connect multiple and complex processes with the user-friendly interface. Cons Some big platforms require some complexity to set up, and, the help documentation needs to be improved. If you are willing to put in the work, this software can improve your life immensely and I do not think there are other options that offer as much functionality. Getting started is a bit of a learning curve but once you know your way around its mind blowing what you can do with no coding experience. Also, their support is absolutely first class - when I first started using the system I battled to get my head around a specific feature. The support team actually recorded a series of short videos for me to explain step-by-step how to achieve what I needed to do! Pros Setting up scenarios (automations) is straightforward and visual. I love that there are so many options for integrations and automations. Cons So far there are no features that I have needed that are not catered for so there is nothing I can say I dont like. Much easier and quicker. The pricing is amazing, and month-to-month isn't an arm-and-a-leg more. Pros I love that it lets you get under the hood a little more than things like IFTTT or Zapier. It's also a lot cheaper than Zapier, while offering most of the same types of integrations. Cons Because it's a little more programmer-friendly, it can be a little more finicky to set up, especially if you don't have a tech background, but the extra customization and functionality it worth it, in my opinion. The functions are awesome and they are very well documented. I used their free plan at first, and then I decided to upgrade. Cons Nothing, really. I would only suggest creating a new plan between $9 and $29 which will have a 1-minute minimum interval. I've used several, including Zapier and others, and I find this online tool to be easy to understand, easy to use, and I recommend it to EVERYONE who runs any kind of business that they should learn to use Integromat. Yes, there's a learning curve, but it's not a steep one, and if you have any understanding of basic logical thinking, puzzle solving, and know what it is you want to achieve, Integromat makes it very easy to do. Pros The intuitive way of thinking about the logic of a workflow. The "bubbles" that you add and do the "if this then that" allows for a wide array of very intricate and detailed automations that prevent a lot of manual labor. I absolutely love this about the software Cons Documentation is rather limited, but they're working on that as I can see. But nevertheless, I do often have to contact support for some new features or oddities that I run into. But they're very quick to respond and help with issues. Review Source DS David S. Pros Make, makes things as simple as possible to implement functionality that adds value, and provides information flow between applications that cant already do that themselves. Cons Sometimes testing takes a while to ensure the information is correct and works properly.
