I'm dismayed that Make recommends an add-on product for connecting Contact Form 7 that is woefully out of date and seemingly not supported by the developer any longer. It's a product that Make says is a requirement to use their system. Not only that... but the add on is BUGGY! After entering the Webhook into the admin, it saves to the database (as noted by looking it up in the DB table), but nothing appears in the admin. Blank text entry. So the next time anyone makes a change to the form, that blank text input is 'saved' and the webook is deleted from the database. Here's the page where you require the use of this plugin titled "CF7 Redirections, Integrations, and Database": https://www.make.com/en/help/app/contact-form-7 What you should do instead... is maybe promote (or require) a plugin that actually works. This one seems to do the exact same thing, and it's not buggy: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cf7-to-zapier/ Sure, they promote Zapier which I believe is a competitor of yours... but it works with no bugs. Another gripe I have is that these plugins you promote are only tested up to WP 5.7.6! Our clients are stuck on an older version and we cannot increase them any further beyond that. Pros The overall user interface was easy to navigate and it seemed to have the features we needed. Cons The promotion and required use of a plugin that is out of date, and buggy. There aren’t so many out there, at least not so many that would mean the quick solution I was looking for (needed raw data of the calls for customised reporting). Pros Definitely the pro is the pricing. You have the possibility to select a plan based on the operations you estimate to use monthly. And there are a lot of options (eg. 10k, 20k, 40k etc.) - not jumping from 10k to 50k and then to 200k as I’ve seen on other platforms. Cons I recall the setup was not the easiest, took me a bit of time. It was not rocket science looking back, but I have seen more intuitive. Integromat does most of the heavy lifting as its so easy to use, and very stable. Creating even complex flows is easy as you have a great overview of what is going to happen, and where your flows break. The amount of integrations are astonishing, from crawlers to crms, to pdf-converters and mysql databases. You can do ALOT in integromat, even without any programming experience. Pros Its is extremely easy to use. The flows shows in a logical way what is going to happen, and compared to many competitors this gives you a great overview when you are creating your flows. You can build simple things quickly, but integromat is powerfull enough to create extremely complex flows. Cons You can quickly run out of credits when you test flows. Would be nice if not-live flows was free. A flow of say 20 actions count as 20 credits, so if you test the flow with 5 items 10 times, your free credit is used up (20 \* 5 \* 10 = 1000 actions). Pros The pricing of Integromat versus competitors such as Zapier was the first thing to make us switch, there's much more flexibility to start small and scale, and no bundled of some apps to premium accounts. Integromat also seem much faster at introducing new app integrations and are improving existing integrations on a continuous basis. Cons I haven't come across any issues with the software yet. We can do basic things but if we want to make things a little more complex, we have to spend some time on the platform. They offer all the advanced features even on the lower (and free) plans, and the pricing is very competitive. Pros Integromat is the most feature-packed automation platform on the market. With this software, you can automate pretty much anything you can imagine. If an app isn't yet on the platform they still offer multiple ways to integrate with it. Cons With power comes complexity. Whilst they've done a great job at making it easy to set up an automation, there are just so many power features that it can become a bit overwhelming. Pros Thanks to Integromat I am able to automate such a lot of tasks. I use it for creating lists of customers, orders ready to be shipped immediately. Use it for data transfer automation between a group of our services (e-mailing, crm, accounting...). When it comes to e-commerce, this is a must have tool. Cons Even when I cannot find a service I need to connect, Integromat support can add it asap on request. Cannot think of any cons. So far, love it with passion. Pros I loved the amount of possibilities in terms of what I can automate. Nothing I could dream of doing wasn't possible, if they have an integration, the sky is the limit. For example: if you get name and firstname, you can split them into 2 different variables and use them for something different. Cons Their biggest strength might be also their weakness: with so many options, if you are not a programmer, this is not as easy and simple to use as Zapier. I have no programming training or professional experience. I have successfully connected API's for our web forms, CRM, appointment setting, POS, recurring billing, and g-suite. Pros Function. I used Zapier for years and was continually frustrated with it's limits. Somehow found Integromat and the things it can do are truly amazing. Cons I am not an IT guy, I consider myself an affluent user of software. In the beginning I was totally overwhelmed. At times I still am overwhelmed. I wish there was more online documentation. Understandably they are a new company, but I like least that I feel like a fool asking basic questions of support. Although, they are always super helpful and very responsive! Pros it works with ftp and csv's and txt files that we still use and integrates with Shopify. took sime support assistance but they were fantastic and we can now import customer data and export orders as well as support tickets using jotform. Cons creating scenarios can sometimes be difficult for a non-developer. Cons It ocasionally runs into API obsolescence from 3rd parties (eg. Google sheets), when that happens you need to configure you scenarios in the new version. Consumes time. Although there could be more options in communication with Android phone/tablet, the functions already implemented are great. It is quite easy to use, but there are also parts, I couldn't be able to "think out" without support. Cons \- missing the Coinbase integration (getting info and making purchases) - missing the Converger (the counterpart of the Router) - Android app should be more developed (implementing of browsing the Data store, turning on/off scenarios; less important: \[limited\] editing of the scenarios) - browsing the Data store is really unfriendly (there is no sorting, filtering, nor other basic utilities) - because of this big limitation I am forced to use both, the Data store and the Google sheets in the same scenario with duplicate data (if the Data store was better, there would be no need to use Google sheets for me) Alternatives considered [Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/) Reason for choosing Make It is cheaper (in my case) and more fitting my needs. Integromat has allowed us to push data between these tools easily, and without manual intervention. We tried Zapier & Workato, but Integromat was more user friendly, and also had a pricing model (buy extra operations as needed +++++) that better fit our needs. Pros The visual drag and drop operation of building scenarios is very easy to use and intuitive. More advanced API connections were easier to configure than competitors. Cons It would be nice to have some two-way sync native functionality between utilities. We work around this by building scenarios that trigger based on changes in each of the systems we've connected. Created a ticketing system via Google Forms, Google Sheets, Monday.com, Twillio (to send text messages). Pros Be an API Master with little to no coding experience. An incredible amount of native service integrations with the ability to integrate with basically anything via HTTP, SOAP, JSON, or XML. They are constantly adding new native services. Cons The user interface c an feel a bit clunky at times. I would like to be able to clone multiple modules at one time.
