It would be hard for me to handle the same tasks without it as I do not know how to use API etc. It is easy to create scenarios and the support is fast in case you need their help. Also, it is significantly cheaper than Zapier. Cons The amount of integrated apps is way less than on Zapier. Pros Make.com is a great concept for better integration. It should allow you to integrate and automate different apps and services that you use. It is cheaper than the well known Zapier, although not stable. Cons I don't know about other integrations but integration to Google Sheets didn't work multiple times I tried. So, even if it is cheaper than Zapier, I guess it is less stable, so if you need to do something that is critical, you should probably look for something else. Although it seems like they dont have a lot of tutorials - just needed to play around with the functionality. Feel that there should be a bit of leeway on the number of operations "to test", as i quickly ran out of operations during my testing phase! messaged support and they sorted me out with a pretty quick response time. so far a very happy user of integromat and its support team Pros I liked that integromat integrates shopify and quickbooks, which meant that when someone purchased something off my website, i wouldnt need to manually put in all the line items in quickbooks! this means new customer details, line items, which can be quite gruesome to do if a customer orders multiple items. I also liked that integrotmat integrates with google sheets, which meant that when someone purchased something, it can make changes to a spreadsheet which gives me an overall view of my inventory. Cons Not the easiest to learn, but that goes with any software. You'd need some technical knowledge and a deep understanding on what your process should be like. that being said since the software is so flexible, there are lots of things to change, which makes this software so powerful. It works great until now. I also tried to connect Teachable via web hook but failed, probably from the Teachable end. I really wait for the native Teachable and ThriveCart intergration before I move to the paid plan. Pros Intergromat is a great online automation platform that not only connect apps but also transferring data. It runs 24/7/365 and saves you a ton of time! Also they have an amazing support team! Cons When log in for first time, the whole UI seems a little bit scary and you might think that it needs a big learning curve. But after awhile, you see that it's pretty easy to set up your first automation. Also the support team and community is always there for helping you with the more complex one. Review Source Borja O. Pros The drag-and-drop structure makes it easy to grasp what you're doing and visualise the structure you're setting up. The free version is far more functional than otherwise comparable Zapier. Customer service was not super quick in responding, but was immensely helpful; they literally created the same set-up, and screenshot and labelled everything to walk me through it. very impressive. Cons There's a lot of specifics that need to be set up properly for things to function as you want (rightfully so), but the website doesn't provide a lot of explanation, context, or support to help you figure it out on your own. Pros There were a lot of apps that had integrations and a lot of ways it is possible to manipulate the data you are working with. Cons It is complicated to understand compared to similar offering. As someone who has no programming background it was difficult for me to understand how to arrange things to accomplish what I was trying to accomplish at first. It saves us having to purchase custom-made application-handling software. All systems take some learning but I've found it very approachable and the benefits were realised very quickly. Pros The best thing: they have a low minimum subscription price that makes it very affordable for a small-scale user. The user interface is fairly user-friendly and the functionality is good. Cons A couple of small details have come up where, for example, trying to link to a column in a very large google sheet it was unclear how to be sure of selecting the correct one of identically-named columns. I tried Zapier but it literally could not replicate functions. Then I found Integromat and have been incredibly impressed. Not only is it effective and easy to use, but their customer service was quick and helpful to get me the input I needed to get my scenarios working properly. Great stuff! Pros Powerful yet easy to use. Compared to Zapier, Integromat has a beautiful interface that clearly shows the flow of your operations. It is much easier to plan your steps, rearrange, and see where any issues in your configurations might occur. Cons Connects with many tools but not everything. So far only one tool that I have wanted to connect is not currently connecting with Integromat, but Integromat has it on its list of upcoming connected apps. Only other item is that not every connection has the full functionality of what you can do with the connection. For example, MailChimp connection cannot create a new tag, only add or remove tags to emails. However, you can use the HTTP tool to create a connection to MailChimp and create a tag. Mostly because of pricing though. I have probably set up around 10 integrations over the last few months and they are all still working great. Integromat has a very generous free tier that most people can get by with. So that makes it an obvious choice. I would recommned this. Pros I really like that the pricing is more realistic than their competitors. The amount of integrations is also very good, at the time of writing they have more than 250 integration options, and if you use Webhooks, you can connect to almost anything. Cons It does have somewhat of a learning curve, it took me a little while to figure out how to make 2 apps work together and I am not really sure I did it the right way. But it works! It is also a bit hard for me to troubleshoot when something goes wrong. I dont like the way they save integrations, I have made and tested a couple that I forgot to save because i was not intuitive the way I had to save it before exiting. When creating my scenarios it took a bit longer than I expected to get them in working order. I had the help of two people in each scenario who went over the top to help me out. Both our reps were very patient and helped me through each of my scenarios. They both put a ton of work into helping with each scenario and I cannot thank them enough. Wonderful customer service all around. Pros If you have the knowledge, it is a very useful tool to automate many tedious tasks around the office. It helped us automatically log certain emails so we no longer needed to do it all by hand. Pros I was able to move from a paid Zapier plan to Integromat and replicate what I needed. It's similar to Zapier in a sense. Cons I felt the learning curve with Integromat is higher vs Zapier. I had a hard time setting up the automations I needed as it's not very intuitive. I use it to automate transactions from WooCommerce to Xero and it's not very easy nor well-documented. Integromat's UI is also slightly dated looking but that's just a minor aesthetic issue. I changed because I heard it was less expensive and offered more solutions. Cons I'm really struggling with learning Integromat. I find it is not very intuitive. As we are a marketing agency we need it for our clients campaigns. We use it mostly for Lead generation on Facebook. We send leads to integromat and then integromat pushes them to our google sheet. Pros I was previously using zappeir. It was little bit a problem to transfere to integromat but once we did that we got really used to it. I would never go back as its cheaper and more robust tool.
