Pros This Software has an endless amount of possibility. I used it to automate a monotonous part of my job, saving me potentially hours per day. Once I had figured out how to use it, creating the automation became relatively easy, and now I look for new ways to use it to automate daily recurring tasks for me and my team. Cons I was fairly new to using automations It came with a bit of a learning curve, and took some time for me to figure out the flow. Once I figured out the flow I had almost no more issues. Currently I would rather pay more with Zapier to have that peace of mind to offer solid advice how to fix a flow or in some cases fix it for you which is not something I have experienced with Integromat as yet. As mentioned we are doing the exact same flows in both platforms, Zapier works without errors, Integrtomat unfortunately does not and we are still waiting on a reply from customer support. Pros I like the look of how to setup flows but what we have tried has not worked Cons Slow and vague customer support. We have some issues with the flows. I have 5 years experience creating integrations and flows using Zapier so I'm not a newbie but am new the Integromat platform. Some of the setups are not as straight forward as Zapier and when we have need assistance there has been a noticible differing in the 2 platforms, Zapier are usually fast with a response and also a detailed solution, Integromat are much slower and very vague with the fixes. I have been working with a consultant for a week, all free of charge and he would not close my issue until all of my questions were answered. He even built me a personal instructional video. In fact, I didn't raise a help ticket, I just received a friendly welcome email from customer support upon registering for the app to see if they can help. Top Notch!! Pros I am completely amazed at the number of features available with this product and the "Free Subscription" is plenty to get you started in a production environment. There are an array of products available to integrate and automate in ways you likely have never thought of in the past. There is so much flexibility with this product I am overwhelmed at the moment and my brain is spinning on how many workflows I can put together. I was so fortunate my Google Search came across this product. Cons I did have one issue with a PayPal integration that I couldn't get working however given the number of features available I was easily able to configure the same automation with an alternative filter. I can’t imagine what our business would be like without it so I wish them all the success! Pros It’s rare that I find a time where I’m stuck and can’t accomplish something. Their modules and overall features cover so much yet the product is ridiculously simple to use. I knew a bit about programming prior to diving into integromat, but couldn’t get over the hump of learning server architecture and apis and all that. With integromat, I didn’t need that knowledge to build impactful software. Cons Better notifications of errors occurring. April 30, 2019 5.0 Pros Registration is painless and just needed to validate my google account. It is easy and free for 100mb bandwidth which is confusing. But the first project seems to work very nicely. Emailing an RSS feed's post when new entry would come is a great advantage as I can get all the info under one mail address. Integration saves time. I have used WP to Linkedin integration which works fine. It ports the WP post to my LD page, which saves a lot of my time. Cons The UI needs to clean up a list or some small icons will be great. Pros Integromat is so POWERFUL and it's so underrated. I feel like not many people know about this amazing tool. Coupled with a visual builder, Integromat makes it so easy to build automation to connection various of my applications. Cons Some features require steep learning curve. Then we discovered Integromat which changed our way doing those tasks. But a days later we just started using it to send sms, slack messages, generating data in google spreadsheets. I think the phrase which says Integromat is the internet glue is just perfect. Cons Sometimes it can be a little hard to find information and help about how to accomplish something, but there is very active community on facebook where you will get an answer sonner or sometimes later. We are a small company managing online storefronts, and this app has saved us so much time and grief since we use a ton of applications together. Now our Trello can be integrated with our Todoist, our email attachments go to a shared Google Drive that we can manage and all use, and we can pull data from multiple sources into Google sheets for reference and tracking our productivity. The integrations with tons of web apps is great, and the super simple HTML/API Request tools make even "unsupported" apps work great as well. I wish that there was a reduced cost for testing scenarios (it uses the same operations as when the scenario is completed) but that's a small issue. It's just something to be mindful of when trying to make an integration work. I usually describe this app as API programming without having to write all the repetitive code, which is so nice. Would recommend to anyone with a small team who needs to make their tech stack work together better. Actually, it opens a window to a whole new way of projects, processes, and communication managing. We use Monday.com which we hoped will cover our growing needs, but as far as it can get it is still limited and immature. With Integromat I believe that we are covered. I only started to "play" with it, and after two days I believe that I got the idea and potential and it is already working for me. Cons Since there are so many options and flexibility, and since it is necessary to communicate with many other platforms, implementing automation is not straightforward. Many errors are difficult to fix. I managed to overcome it by following many online tutorials, but it was definitely struggling. The mapping is very powerful. But the description and help are not detailed enough. I believe that there should be more tutorials about it, and about webhooks as well.
