### "Get Started with no code automation using Make. Best for beginners."

May 3, 2026

5.0

Its been great experience so far with Make for me. as i said its been almost 1.5 years of building multiple automations, for businesses, individuals, companies or even for personal use cases, it has been an awesome journey. The support team of make.com is also very helpful and so is the documentations of make. so for me i have really enjoyed using this platform compared to any other no code automation tools

Pros

I have been using Make.com platform for about 1.5 years. And the experience so far has been great. I work as an AI Automation engineer, and infect my internship experience has been real game changing for me in this field of AI Automation, and a great thanks to this platform. Super easy to build workflows for almost any use cases, replacing manual work process in the businesses with ai automated workflows using make.com. Easy to build and get hang of it. The most important benefit i felt was explaining the workflow to the non technical person as well. The simple UI/UX of make, is helpful for non technical person to understand and create workflows without any issues and hassle. So for someone who comes from non technical background to start with ai automations, the make platform is best to start with. Even though i come from technical background i have seen many non technical people around me use this platform fluently. If i had to code the same automation it would have taken me atleast 3-4 weeks of time along with the hosting part as well, but make.com hardly takes 1 week, no need to worry about hosting as well. And also the huge library Make has, never have run out of options for integrations in make. have always found ready integrations in the make's library of tools and integrations. Also recently one of the best additions was the using of make credits for AI and other platforms instead of using api tokens, i could rather depend on make credits.

Cons

I am not fond of white screen when i am working for hours on laptop. And that is the missing thing in make.com despite seeing lot of requests for adding a dark view or night mode for the platform Make has yet to bring that feature. Apart from that, there sometimes are issues faced with integrations with meta related products. Like social media automations breaking sometimes, due to some issue in connection with Meta.

### "Super powerful automation tool"

June 9, 2025

5.0

Overall has been a game changer in terms of scaling and automating repetitive tasks, especially with the automatic scheduling feature.

Pros

I like how Make lets me automate my cold email campaigns with custom logic and integrations that would take hours manually. The integration with OpenAI in particular is awesome.

Cons

The visual builder can get confusing with complex scenarios, and error handling isn’t always intuitive. Also, auto save should be implemented because I've lost changes many times with this.

### "Unreliable and Unresponsive Customer Support"

July 17, 2024

1.0

My overall experience with Make (formerly Integromat) has been extremely disappointing. The platform might have potential, but the unresponsive and unhelpful customer support has rendered it almost unusable. I would not recommend this service to anyone until they drastically improve their customer support.

Pros

Initially, the platform showed some promise in terms of features and integrations. However, any positive aspects are completely overshadowed by the terrible customer service.

Cons

The customer support is absolutely atrocious. John from their support team ignored my follow-up messages, Milo did not provide any help for almost two months, and even the \[sensitive content hidden\] closed my ticket without any resolution or explanation. This company’s complete lack of care and responsiveness makes it extremely frustrating to use their services.

### "Gets things connected - for less (and also has the connections you want.)"

February 18, 2025

5.0

The staff were helpful when they could. It takes a bit of learning, but the AI also helps work out what's wrong. I worked out how to do it a bit like with trial and error working out the bad things first but you get there.

Pros

It had the integration I needed to connect two parts without paying as much as Zapier.

Cons

Some of the connections like the Klaviyo to Neverbounce didn't work with the bulk check and neither side was quite sure what to do. I decided to find an alternative solution for that.

### "MAKE - AI Automation for everyone"

July 3, 2025

5.0

The experience with MAKE is great. Thanks to new features on a regular basis, a big community and a lot of help every project and workflow can be achieved, Of course you need to have time to understand the product, create and administrate your workflows, but that should be clear from the start. MAKE is for automation, but it needs know-how to use, which you can get by using the product.

Pros

Make has an easy to understand, user firendly UI, with Drag and Drop you can add, connect and edit Moduls from a VERY wide range of tools to automate mail summaries, adding informations to exsiting data and so on, I could write an essay about the possibilities alone. But thanks to Drafts that are made by MAKE you can a good overview about the possibilities with MAKE. There is also a new option fpr AI Agents, Human in the Loop as an extra security step... MAKE is always up to date

Cons

Due to the amount of possibilities with make it is sometimes hard to find the correct modules, connections or ideas. It is sometimes trial and error how to create your workflow.

### "Make.com is really incredible and should not be missed!"

February 11, 2025

5.0

Make.com is incredible. I honestly feel that every small business should be using it. It can radically revolutionize a small business. Save money, save time and actually increase revenue with a few simple automations, like email, leads gen, social media, copy creation and much much more. Pair it with Airtable for an unstoppable force.

Pros

Make is incredible. I discovered it about 36 weeks ago. I have been binging it ever since. I took the entire academy. Ive got dozens of great automations running on it. Its fabulous

Cons

I only wish there were more lessons and tutorials. I wish that their AI was a tad more robust to help me troubleshoot better. But otherwise, I think Make is pretty amazing.

### "Quick thoughts about make.com"

April 25, 2025

4.0

Apart from the hard to debug workflows, make.com does a good job at helping me develop simple workflows - between make.com, google sheets and social media.

Pros

Connects with thousands of applications and makes me communicate with different apps and transfer data across nodes to help me achieve my tasks. With make, you can build your own self serving API powered apps without a single line of code.

Cons

I bought into the hype of building AI agents with make.com, very wrong idea. Triggers won't work automatically and you have to turn it on to actually keep everything running

### "Best automation tool on the market"

November 8, 2024

5.0

Overall, it's a great tool enabling all kinds of business functions to start automating their own processes, requiring fewer people to build processes. Even within product teams, Make can be super useful for building and exploring new processes or solutions, refining all the features until satisfaction before putting it into regular code. Even though it's very easy to use for business users, we found that it makes sense to onboard heavy-users on some engineering best-practices. Microservice-like scenario architectures can be quite helpful for managing bigger processes and ensuring maintainability.

Pros

Super easy to learn and very intuitive to use, even for non-engineering folks. Enables a very wide range of automation use cases. Has pre-built integrations with almost every widely used SaaS tool.

Cons

Operations based pricing can have some drawbacks when users aren't onboarded properly

### "Is Integromat 'the glue on the internet' as they claim to be?"

May 12, 2020

5.0

This is by far the best program in the market in my experience. I usually start with HTTP Requests, or Webhooks and the result is magic. I can root scenarios, putting conditions, it's math funtions, text functions and more in a very relaxing UI. And, Relaxing UI, means hard to get asleep, more time to work, more efficient results, time saving.

Pros

Their friendly visual interface is the first thing that will attract your attention, and much easier than any other program in the market (to my knowledge). Many important features, that may seem unimportant at first sight, but critically useful in practice. Error handling, filters, and more, really working with Integromat is like playing a mind game, rather relaxing you. I often do scenarios for my self, just to test functionalities etc. Many apps covering and growing really very fast, as Integromat team takes their business very seriously. There's a 'semi interactive' page with customers requests, and they really implementing what customers ask. WEBHOOKS, XML/JSON PARSE, GET, POST, HTTP, SOAP... Smart Scheduling, and a flexible plan with reasonable prices, generally all the package is really attractive. Once their site was down due to a DDoS attack, but the Bots were running unaffected. The very plus that I want to highlight is that, it's a very able team caring very much about their application and that's obvious in many details.

Cons

There is no LINK to the applications they work with. For example, I browse through apps and see "BulkGate". By name, it looks like an app perhaps useful to me but where's their website? Nowhere they give their link. There is no Javascript Cloud, and that's a really major problem. Minor bugs in functionality, for example in WordPress posting but they're usually solving very fast. The organisational platform need improvement as it's limited only in folders. You start a new scenario, first you have to save it in 'bulk' then to find it and then to move it to the folder you want. Anyway these are minor problems and I believe they're going to fix, the Java Cloud would be a very big improvement if they will include it, as several projects need to run Java in the middle of the scenario. Some other times, after XML or JSON parsing, is giving output but that is not passed to the next module.

Reason for choosing Make

The overall package, capabilities, support, friendly team and friendly UI, price.

Switched from

[Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/)

I suppose the marketing. Integromat has a rich free plan and you're welcome to explore it. But what actually made me switch was the very very powerful team behind, while at that time Zapier had much more features ready. No, I am not saying Zapier is bad, Zapier is also a very good choice.

### "The most powerful automation tool you can find, with a user-friendly interface"

August 18, 2022

5.0

Make has become a vital tool for our fast-growing company. I would advise anyone to give it a try if you have any manual tasks you want to automate.

Pros

I have been using Integromat / Make for over 2 years and I can't get enough of it. It was a game-changer when I joined an early-stage startup as it allowed us to automate all the manual workflows (involving lots of copy-pasting, file organizing and API calls) and therefore achieve more with our limited resources. I work in Customer Success and Make allows us to provide more and better services to our customer base, without relying on the Tech team. The community is amazing, you'll always find someone to help you.

Cons

The support is really bad, you have to rely 100% on user communities. The documentation is also bad, you have to guess how some modules work and/or find user-made documentation. Therefore the learning curve is a bit steep. I am not a fan of their communication overall, I hated the migration process from Integromat to Make although they try to sell it to you as an awesome experience. From a user perspective, Make is not that much better than Integromat. To sum it up : I love the product but customer service has room for improvement :)

### "Switching task-intensive automations from Zapier"

May 11, 2022

5.0

Pros

Zapier will always be the king of the low-code automations game, but their pricing is pretty ridiculous. There are certain app integrations for which I need to stick with Zapier, but thanks to Make, and some clever Webhooking, I've been able to significantly reduce the number of daily tasks used by Zapier. This has enabled me to drop back down to their 2,000 task/month plan (I was on the 5,000 task/month plan and was already bumping up against that). Make definitely takes some time getting used to, especially if you are coming from Zapier. But after a few days, I got a pretty solid handle on things and was off to the races. Another benefit is that Make seems to have significantly greater flexibility when it comes to some of the core apps. For example, Zapier does not allow you to share Google Drive files/folders with specific users. Make allows you to do this in a few clicks. Similarly, you are limited to a single line item when creating a Zoho Books invoice in Zapier, whereas in Make you can add as many line items as you'd like. Little things like this make a big difference for me.

Cons

The learning curve is a bit tough; they could use a lot more support videos. Additionally, their support is severely lacking when compared to Zapier. I would certainly pay extra for premium support if that were an option.

Switched from

[Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/)

Zapier is wildly overpriced and many of my needs can be similarly met by Make. Additionally, Make has certain functionalities with my core tech stack that Zapier lacks.

### "By far the BEST AUTOMATION SOFTWARE!!!"

September 4, 2020

5.0

At first (we're talking months) I didn't get how it works. It was very difficult for me to follow and understand and unfortunately the documentation is so poor that it's almost non existent. Which probably causes the customer service to be inundated with customer questions. Therefore, the response you get from customer service is slow, and when you get it, it doesn't answer your question/issue. Since the customer service is out in in Prague, Czech Republic, their CS agents are not very good with english and it often reflects in the unclear responses you get.

Pros

The software has an amazing UI and provides unmatched features, functionality and options. It's just one of the most amazing piece of software platform that I have ever encountered. We also use Zapier, which is easy to learn and use, but it dwarfs Integromat in the UI, functionality and options available. If I were to choose between the 2, Integromat is the winner by far. I'm actually planning to migrate all our automation to Integromat and cancel Zapier.

Cons

Very high learning curve. Can be very frustrating to learn it as the documentation is sub-par lacking detailed examples. There may be a single short example, which will be irrelevant to your scenario, which will make it difficult and frustrating to pick up from and learn. Most of the tutorials are difficult to follow. That said, once you get the hang of it, you'll discover how powerful the software is and start having a lot of fun.

Alternatives considered

[Zapier](https://www.capterra.com/p/130182/Zapier/)

Reason for choosing Make

We actually use both, but Integromat is so much superior than Zapier that I'm planning to move all our automation to Integromat as I self teach myself and figure out the numerous features and the product.

### "Admin-slayer!"

October 25, 2019

5.0

I'm a "one-man-band" running a non-profit that puts on multiple free, short, and in-person leadership training events through the year, as well as a low-cost annual day-long symposium. Two of my main platforms are Eventbrite (for ticketing) and MailChimp (for marketing). Although there is a readily accessible "direct" connection between Eventbrite and MailChimp, that connection is rather limited in what data is passed. In MC I set up two groups for each event (registered, checked-in). EB won't pass the checked-in datafield directly to MC..but Integromat can! Also, for our symposium, I use Integromat to connect EB to not just MailChimp as described above, but also to connect EB to Airtable as part of managing registration/data collection for presenters, volunteers and sponsors. In the past this was a labor-intensive, error-prone process. Now...it's automatic. SO MUCH GOODNESS!

Pros

Tons and tons of connectivity, lots of capacity and functionality even at the entry level, and I've fallen in love with the graphical interface. I totally dumped another integration/automation service that was more expensive, less capable, and harder to build/analyze.

Cons

Array management is a bit clunky, but once I got some hand-holding from their helpdesk, all is good. Graphical interface took some getting used to, but still much more effective than a simple list of automations (scenarios) created. Blog and other online sources also help move me through "hmmm, how do we do that" moments.

### "I automated work of 2 people within 1 week. "

June 1, 2022

As an online news outlet, we use this tool to automate the content moderation, image manipulation, and sharing of the news on social media channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and so on. Previously there were 2 people who were doing this task all by themselves repetitively and now everything is automated using Make. Now those 2 people just have to engage with our audience making their time well spent. Totally recommend this product!

Pros

You can automate almost everything with a couple of buttons. The platform is really easy to use and user-friendly making it a breeze to use. I learned and deployed production level no-code automation in 2 days when I was beginning.

Cons

Some third-party services are still not available. But they really do respond to our suggestions. Make was previously called Integromat. I used Integromat first and It was a little bit painful to migrate from Integromat to Make, Not because platforms are different. But because I had to transfer all the credentials and data. If you are new to using the platform, then you would never worry about this.

### "Amazing Ease of Use"

November 27, 2023

5.0

My overall experience with Make has been a great one. There is great customer support, the opportunities with scenarios are endless, and it's easy to use!

Pros

The best part about Make is that anyone can use it. You don't need to be a software engineer and know how to set up a webhook or an API. You can go in there and get the automation or task set up in a scenario and feel confident about the outcome. It is extremely helpful and gives more power to the people who don't necessarily know how to "engineer" a solution.

Cons

There isn't anything that I do not like about Make.

### "I wholeheartedly recommend Make to any company"

July 24, 2023

Overall I've been very impressed. Admins can give access to organizations within their business, to allow users to be effective in their roles but to not interfere with one another. The pure power and usefulness of the tool, combined with how simple and common-sensical it is, is astounding. In my org it is being used by the most experienced and skilled IT professionals, along with those of us that have no IT background whatsoever.

Pros

Ease of use, elegant and simple UI and features. Building, managing, troubleshooting - it's all extremely easy and logical.

Cons

I'm not sure there's a way to export historical data. If it could be exported, say to a CSV, it could make it much easier to understand that data (especially when the amount of operations being completed in a single scenario execution is very large).

It intergrates with all the apps I need (Shopify, Airtable & Xero) for 1/10 of the price I was paying before. And that was great value vs paying for indiviuals apps. It has helped us scale really fast.

Cons

Sometimes the connection with Shopify fails and has to be reconnected (once every six weeks). There is also an issue with Xero where the invoices are created Tax Exclusive when they should be Inclusive (this may be an issue with Xero but either way it doesn't work as I would like).

Reason for choosing Make

Cost.

### "Dss: Pretty Good, fix iOS Reminders, make Notion as good as AirTable"

October 23, 2021

5.0

Good, I'm excited for the potential. Need less Cons :)

Pros

A lot of triggers for a reasonable price. I like the build interface. I like the amount of advanced features available for processing.

Cons

As I've said, the integrations needs more work, specifically iOS Reminders. Timezones need to be definable in an easy way. Integromat thinks I'm in Denver all the time. I've never been in Denver since starting to use Integromat. I also would like a Day One integration. And the Notion integration to be more fully developed, like AirTable is.

Reason for choosing Make

Integromat's features & $, however I need a better iOS Reminder integration.
