Communication with sales, account manager or support has always been pleasant and correct. Pros As a Technical IT Support members, the on-prem 6.2 version that we are running was, together with iXiaSoft services, straight-forward to setup. Cons The initial intallation and configuration seemed very complex, but with help of iXiaSoft, it was ok.
