The search is excellent as is the oXygen integration. Cons Needs a good reviewer tool. Unfortunately, with the development of the web version there is no further development of the Eclipse version. Communication with sales, account manager or support has always been pleasant and correct. Pros As a Technical IT Support members, the on-prem 6.2 version that we are running was, together with iXiaSoft services, straight-forward to setup. Cons The initial intallation and configuration seemed very complex, but with help of iXiaSoft, it was ok.
