Pros CloudApp has been a true discovery. It's made it very easy to share screenshots and quick videos with all my students and other people I work with. I love how you can choose to have the screenshots go to your clipboard immediately so you can just paste them on emails, Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, etc. Cons The only thing I don't like is having to organise the pictures once they're uploaded to the cloud. However, this isn't really an issue, as I don't really care how they are stored online. This is a great tool for creating SEO video audits and embedding on my site, speeds up the process without clogging up my hard drive. Pros I love how simple this is to create a quick screenshare video with a mic voiceover. It's very smooth and streamlined and has simple embed codes. No need to upload videos to YouTube or Vimeo for new clients! Cons The software takes a little time to get used to before you fully understand what it's capable of. Pros I like that you can do a lot with CloudApp. From screen recordings to screenshots, it is useful. Cons It does a lot but it doesn't do anything the best. Pros It's so much easier to tell people with pictures/gifs/videos. I've used this to show people the bugs I'm finding on sites. You can even annotate gifs. How cool is that? Gone are the days of reporting bugs with words. Cons It's simple to use, but not as simple as it could be. Annotation is not that straightforward. Cons I used the free version at the outset and it is quite limited in terms of the number of snaps you can save. If you plan on using this heavily, I recommend upgrading from the outset. Cons The support is impossible to deal with extremely slow with the response and forget about trying to get the support on a live meeting. UI is also great, there has been done a lot of work there (maybe to much) but in general the app is very interesting and promising. Cons \*Rather slow and needs some extra CPU resources This app almost killed my computer while using it with other power tools. Great functionality comes with great issues and sometimes it can be just unbearable. If you have a great commuter with a lot of spare RAM - go for it and see all the benefits. Pros I liked the most being easy to use and easy to reach from the Macbook topBar feature. Also, for gifs and small videos, it's really fast and easy to use too.
