Pros

I like the functionality this application provides with utilizing the system's screenshots instead of deleting them from your local system.

Cons

I'm worried about how much worse it'll get once the paid trial ends. I also feel that using your OS' naming scheme in the URL provided for the upload makes the links too long and ugly.

I used lightshot for screenshots before and was missing video capturing tool and now use Cloudapp for video and screenshots that need to document long term. For instant screenshots i still use lightshot as it's faster.

Pros

Video capturing functionality to create tutorials

Cons

Screenshots capturing is a bit slow until you can get a share link

The main benefit is how fast you can upload a screenshot and explain to people what you want changed in a landing page.

Pros

I like how fast upload a screenshot is and then you can add your text.

Cons

The app for chrome was buggy and had to reinstall. I lost work and time because I couldn't upload my screenshots.

Pros

CloudApp is a great service for hosting videos on the cloud - you can also then embed those uploads on your personal website and put those videos behind a password.

Cons

The screen capture mechanism works okay; however, when I try to put on the webcam, I’ve had continued issues with syncing the video and the audio.

Love the video sharing feature, some I cane email so this fixed my issue. great for passing along items for the entire team to work on.

Cons

I just wish that there were more features with this software. It would be awesome if I'm sharing something and someone on my team is editing it, the program would lock it.

Cons

Easy to use, auto uploaded and links are automatically copied to clipboard for easy sharing, HD video recording and GIFs.

Cons

Occasionally there were connectivity issues but it's been very stable and solid since that happened. I strongly recommend CloudApp.

I've been using CloudApp for a few months now to take screenshots of reviews and send them in personalized emails to prospects. It is so easy to use and I love that I can use it from my toolbar, speeding the process along!

Pros

CloudApp is so easy to use! My favorite part is how I can easily grab my taken screenshot and drag it straight into an email template to sent to prospects!

Cons

Occasionally I will use CloudApp to grab a screenshot and when it loads it won't load properly, it will be cropped weirdly. Usually I just take it again and it works fine though! Just a minor hiccup, other than that it works great!

Share instantly.

Pros

It is useful and easy to use. I use it daily in my work to share screen captures with my team and attach any required evidence to our service tickets. I like that the app uploads the files to the cloud automatically and almost instantaneously, also generates a short link ready to share.

Cons

You can not copy the files to the operating system clipboard so you can paste them into another app.

Pros

The seamless sharing capabilities with my fellow team members. Being able to make videos and gif easily. Being able to comment and make annotations on screenshots. This is super beneficial and collaborative.

Cons

If it's not amongst my co-workers, then if I share a screen capture, it has my company name in the share link which might seem a little strange to other peopel.

Pros

I really like the instant screenshot and how freaking fast it is to send something to my colleges through pasting the link in Slack.

Cons

I think that there should be a infinite replay feature for the videos, it's a lot easier to do animations and such if we had that feature.

Sometimes I get tripped up on if I'm doing a standard screenshot vs a CloudApp one but it's a pretty easy learning curve.

Overall, It was a good experience to use this app. It is getting more popular day by day.

Pros

\- Screenshot URL is automatically copied. - The feature I like the most is that CloudApp send a mail when someone visits your ScreenShot.

Cons

\- Need to improve the UI. - It is also expensive than other apps related to their features. - Sometimes the link does not work may be due to other extensions in the browser.

Super-efficient when sharing information. I create gifs and screenshots to share with my team multiple times a week. You can also annotate gifs, and it is SUPER-easy.

Pros

So easy to use. I love the annotation feature, as well as the ability to create gifs. Perfect for quick "how-to's" and visually explaining things.

Cons

Not much not to like. It'd be cool to be able to adjust the speed of a gif once it has been created.

I like the ability to take screenshots and videos and have them archived and stored in one place that is easy to navigate. You have a link created that you can use to share with your team or attach in an email as well.

Cons

I had some problems with everything being saved and captured. Videos can take a while to convert and the image quality was just ok for some.
