Péssima. Achei que o primeiro erro tinha sido uma anomalia mas, claramente, é uma empresa que não presta serviços de qualidade.

Pros

Sinceramente, nenhum. Talvez a rapidez em que respondem - respondem reconhecendo que receberam o email, mas não com nenhum solução.

Cons

Eles erraram os envios duas vezes seguidas. Após o primeiro erro, relataram que foi um incidente interno, que fariam uma investigação para que não acontecesse novamente e se desculparam. Entendi que erros acontecem e tentei de novo - e eles NOVAMENTE erraram. Não enviaram o tracking number, quando enviaram (já apos 5 dias) dizia que não tinha sido postado, e quando pedi para verificarem aonde estava o envelope, eles prematuramente enviaram por correio uma segunda via de uma autorização de charge no cartão de credito que dará um prejuizo de mais de $2500 (dois mil e quinhentos dólares).

Pros

What i like most about this software is the flexibility. I can use anytime i like.

It's just some of the features i don't really like.

Will not be a return customer.

Pros

I was not able to travel to a Post Office and needed to mail a typed letter to a court. The transaction was processed on April 8, 2019. The arrival date is April 15, 2019. No benefit!

Cons

They were not clear that it would take longer than if you did it yourself.

Hi Joseph. Sorry you had to experience this - we generally don¿t recommend USPS first class mail for time sensitive mailings as the USPS has a 4-7 business day SLA. Mailform also offers several time sensitive options including fedex overnight or usps priority mail express. Hope that helps for next time - happy to process a refund if you¿d like.

" MailForm " is the epitome of : I N N O V A T I V E , as the service allows for Overnight Delivery via a P.O> Box, which the remainder of Online Mail Services lack to provide. With that said, I am flabbergasted to have located such an intelligent and well - received advancement as it allows my Business Caibilities to flourish and grow exponentially.

It's integration into other platforms? Again I am not positive that I used it, so I guess the fact that it's so stealthy

Cons

Can't really say. I would hate to give a negative review over a product that I am unsure of ever using. I mean I probably did use it because in this day and age computers know more about us than we do.

Pros

It was easy to use and add new senders. Liked the ability to add pictures and other media to the document.

Cons

The envelope seems a little cheap. I was hoping that the quality on these would be a little more robust and a quality.

Convenience, mailing service from home.

Pros

Convenience, easy setup process. I used their service when I did not have time to mail a letter myself.

Cons

Prices could be more competitive. Cost breakdown does not give details about a shipping cost. Priority mail service for a 2 page letter adds another dollars to a total cost

I wasn't sure how it was going to work out, however it ended up being extremely easy and I am very satisfied.

It was hard to get in touch with costumer support, and when I did they didn't speak very fluent English.

Got to send a letter to my ex and say happy bday without him seeing my address... Didn't want him to be able to write back to me, or even know the city I live in LOL

Pros

It was great I can send a letter to my ex, tell him happy bday, and he won't know my new address.. what a cool idea, as I send letters quite often...but I am also very busy...so while I am checking email I can send a letter...I am really happy with this option....yay !!!

Cons

More templates maybe? I would pay for them... Y'know like pretty colors or a set up for a letter... Something that would really impress a recipient... It's just an idea...and like I said I would totally pay extra for a feature like that! Yay!!!
