Pros

Having an address book for everyone with donor information and contact notes is invaluable.

Cons

I find it difficult to edit things like the donation form. It feels like I have to edit so many pieces to change the whole form.

### "Keela review after, admittedly, limited use"

I am very excited about using moving forward, once all of the bugs of importing data is smoothed out. I think that the amount of ways you can use Keela and tasks you can complete is going to streamline many of our activities and create efficiencies.

Pros

That it is a web-based platform, meaning it is easily accessible regardless of where I'm working for the day. I also appreciate clean design, which helps deal with the sense of feeling overwhelmed that I've had with other databases. And though I am only beginning to learn the breadth of features, the shear volume of what I am able to do is astounding.

Cons

The dashboard could better reflect the aspects of that my organization uses most - as a very small team, the 'projects' piece just isn't needed. Having a quarter of the dashboard dedicated to this feels unnecessary for us and, perhaps, could be dedicated to something else. We have also had some issues with set-up and importing all of our information that has been a challenge and time consuming (though customer support has been very responsive).

### "Keela works well for our nonprofit"

has given us a reliable CRM that's useful for running our nonprofit: basic contact management, mailings, and memberships (integrated with Stripe and our website).

Pros

We needed a good low-cost CRM that's easy to set up and maintain. We did a lot of research, and was our choice. Setup went pretty smoothly and it's now in production as our CRM and managing our mailings. Six months later, we're still really happy with it.

Cons

Being very simple is a double-edged sword. There are definitely things can't do that more advanced systems can, but we don't really need them because we're small. They're constantly improving, but we haven't gotten onto their 2.0 platform yet because data migration is still not finished.

Great Data storage ability and large group communication advantages. Colourful display and easy editing features.

Cons

In tag selection it constantly skips one removed from desired selection.it is difficult to alter irder if custom features section .

We use everyday and with each step we take we learn more and more about what's possible with this software. It's pretty dynamic, and I appreciate that they are always looking to create more ease and functionality for users.

Pros

When we need tech help, we receive it very quickly! Once, the support woman even made me a personalized video to walk me through the steps.

Cons

It would be helpful to have training tailored by size of organization. Some of the features don't make sense for us and others really do. I would like support in deciding which is which.

Customer service has been incredible! Pricing is very reasonable. We shopped around a ton and was most definitely the most bang for our buck.

Customer service is great and it is very user friendly

The fact there is not a mobile app or version is the only reason for not getting highest rating across the board but it sure did come close!

has been so important to our success as a non-profit startup. We're able to keep track of contacts, get donations online! The customer service has been prompt and very helpful

Pros

It's easy to set up and use. As a new non-profit, had all the elements we needed to get started at a very reasonable price. Contacts are easy to add and manage.

Cons

We are hoping that there are more templates for e-blasts available soon! I wish the project management tool included a Gantt chart or other ways to view projects.

Pros

We love the development teams commitment to improving. We've suggested things we'd like to see and really love the individual attention we get from our customer service representative.

Cons

Some features are not all the way there yet. For example, when searching someone's name, you have to type the whole name out; it can't recognize partial names.

Bright and colourful, easy to navigate (for the most part), donations are easy to track within contacts as well as within campaigns

Cons

No peer to peer fundraising. The design program is not great, the customizer options are not in the favour of the user. Contacts have to be searched for letter by letter, cant partially search a contact

Overall I like using and it has improved our ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Pros

I like the ability to categorize my contacts and tag them multiple times if they engage in different programs. I also like that I can create automated emails for communications we do often (volunteer signup etc.)

Cons

I do find navigating mass emails kind of challenging and sometimes creating groups of contacts is hard. There is a steep learning curve as well.

Pros

Excellent CRM. #1 reason nonprofits fail to use CRM's is how difficult they are to use. They include too many features that aren't necessary; and require dozens of unnecessary clicks to get content you want. has all of your nonprofits needs on screen only when you want to be looking at it. Its clear, intuitive, colorful, and fun to use. Keela makes 'working smarter', easier and more fun.

Cons

Since it's new, some features are still in development. Integrations are growing. Some more customization on forms (donations) and receipts would be nice. Event integration is in the works but is a must

Their customer service is over the top. Everyone is super kind and extremely responsive to issues and concerns. Fabulous team!

Pros

I love how clean and straightforward the system appears. I'm not bombarded by too much information at the very beginning. It gives you a chance to set your own goals and presents your progress in a way that is both encouraging and helpful.

Cons

It was a little difficult to figure out the different functions. When creating some of the peer-to-peer fundraising pages, it was unclear at first how to plug forms into projects and connect them to campaigns.

Overall, my experience with has been positive. Customer service is prompt, friendly and helpful. The number of reports that can be produce is quite amazing. Very user friendly.

Pros

was easy to learn and the process of switching to Keela was seamless.

Cons

Having to do two entries to separate out the admin fee from the donation. It is not efficient and adds an additional element when reconciling to my accounting program.

Overall, it has been amazing to track and email all of our various supporters, track donations, and keep our entire team coordinated!

The software is really intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

A few minor issues with setup, but that was quickly fixed by their amazing support team! They have been instrumental in helping us get our system quickly and efficeiently

We are learning as we go and is making it easy to learn. I just signed up for more training and I think it will be very beneficial.

So far we are still very new at this but the ease of learning it has been a lot better than our last software.

I think we are still too new to decide what we least like.
