Pros: Functionalities, Cost to manage

Overall: Started using this product a while ago and it has certainly streamlined our complete customer engagement strategies. We now know when our customers are arriving automatically via workflows set in the system. My sub agents know whom they will be dealing today and quotations are sent to the customer instantly. Great product to manage your customers and operations.

Pros: Modules are covered as per our business domain. Everything is managed at a single place and we don't need to switch places for data as we were doing between google drive, gmail, spreadsheets,etc.

Cons: UI is not so great as per todays standards but i believe it is well covered with the functionalities.

Overall: We at our Agency have a good experience with the product. It covers most of the features that we need and have automated and streamlined our processes. We have reduced our Agent involving time on every ticket from 1.5 hours to 40 mins. We have data of our customers which we can use to touch base at several time of the year.

Recommendations to other buyers: Good to have if you want to manage your business and data properly
