Exoscale Reviews
"A company that puts its interests in front of their customers. "
Overall: Worst Cloud computing provider I've ever encountered.
Pros: Till I didn't have any problem with their billing services and their way of doing business I was using it and the service was working as expected.
Cons: I didn't like the extortion put in place by exoscale for when I've run out of credits. I've been charged also when my machine was turned off of an Elastic IP. This is my bad, I didn't understand that this would be charged separatly. But then when I saw my credits go below 0 and I contacted the support I've asked them to stop all the services I had running and so the billing of them. Since When your credit goes below 0 they make impossibile to operate on their admin interface, and so made impossible for me to stop the service, for days, that was still running and lowering my balance below zero. I've asked them to delete my account and all its istances and services. They told me that I need to pay the "debt" I've with them (wich is of 0.85 cents of euro). Too bad that to do this they want me to charge my credit of 5€ + VAT. This is an extortion. I will never use their service again, in the end it will cost you more than using Amazon AWS.
