Bookamat is an app I have used for many years and is a great investment as a boutique fitness studio. It is very user-friendly on both the business and client side. It is also affordable and adaptable to your specific needs. Highly recommend! Pros What I like most about Bookamat is their customer support - always quick and thorough in their responses to issues. I also like that they are constantly developing and improving the app, almost weekly! Cons The only thing I like least is that the app is not available to down load on app stores - but usually clients get in touch and I direct them to the apk download via the website. As a small boutique studio this was the right thing for me because keeping budget low while I find my feet is important. Pros Easy to use, and even when I had questions the support team were quick and efficient, helped me out. 30 day rolling contract meaning I am not tied in. Cons It's a basic software in retrospect so perhaps bigger studios won't benefit, also doesn't have many marketing tools, but they were very welcoming to my suggestions.
