"Brushfire personal review"

**Overall:** Sometimes we experience occasional glitches with the software. I hope customer support would improve in terms of response time and availability of resources.

**Pros:** The best features for me is the automated content generation, editing tools, and analytics. It also has an intuitive design that makes it easy to use and navigate. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other similar tools on the market.

**Cons:** Sometimes we experience occasional glitches with the software, also, the customer support could be improved in terms of response time and availability of resources.

"These folks are AMAZING!!!"

**Overall:** Top notch! Our last ticket platform went bankrupt robbing us of nearly $10,000. We were so discouraged but we now regret not starting with Brushfire. A great company!!

**Pros:** From the onboarding demonstration with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] to the frequent contact with Brushfire's customer service reps \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] were AWESOME! Customer service of this caliber is so uncommon these days. Brushfire sets a new standard for customer service!!

**Cons:** Nothing yet. Buying group tickets is a bit confusing but customer service reps were able to help us get through it.

**Reasons for Choosing Brushfire:** Onboarding call with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] convinced us. He was patient and very helpful.

**Reasons for Switching to Brushfire:** They did not pay us the proceeds from our last event.
