I have been blown away with the customer service! It is a major selling point for us and why I’ve been recommending it to others! People respond quickly, help as much as possible, and also walk step by step with us.

Pros

We were looking for a software that allowed different groups to register together. And finally found it in Brushfire!

Cons

Some of the functionality doesn’t fit perfect with camps, as it mostly works for conferences/concerts. I wish there were a way to customize some of the buttons a bit more.

Pros

Custom features are really great. The best that we have used. Love the ease of web access. The support offered is very good.

Cons

Pricing is too high when you have mulitiple events every year it gets very expensive. Would love to have a discount for multiple events .

It\`s very clear and user-friendly, the communication with the support team is always efficient and fast; the correlation of value and costs are extraordinary, the only one in the market. there are no other equivalent in the market as far as we see

The responsiveness of the staff to help us execute our registration vision! We love that everyone is eager to help us create the best platform for our registration.

Cons

This is not anyone's fault but it's been hard to have a time difference as when we might message something urgent at the end of our day (west coast) we don't hear back until the following. Uncontrollable.

Pros

The backend is real powerful with a bunch of customizations, options, and reporting. The end user experience is our biggest positive as we had little to no complaints or problems with over 2000 tickets sold... It is easy and quick which is big. The tickets are emailed as a PDF and was customized to the event and looked very professional. Customer Support is very quick and helped with any issues we had.

Cons

Even though there are plenty of customizations available on the back end, it does not seem as user friendly especially on the ticket design and page layout. We would like to be able to create events instantly without interaction with the staff and wish there was more payment gateway options.

Pros

I was able select any category I wanted to use and track as we register 350 students for their end of high school party. Additionally, my team receives weekly updates on the number of registrants, as well as their data.

Cons

I am not especially tech oriented. While I know Brushfire is user friendly, I found it easiest to reach out to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] to help me with my issues : )

Sales for our events is the biggest benefit. Plus the ability to capture user info.

Pros

Functionality, ability to customize to my specific preferences for each ticket type has Beene huge. Also the ability to customize the content to add videos and our own images for various devices is great.

Cons

Can't group fields together so I could delete or duplicate sections. Buyer fields don't have the same functionality as Attendee fields, like the ability to hide fields based upon ticket type.

It was a little difficult to initially set up events but Brushfire customer service responded immediately to any difficulties we had.

Pros

Customizing an event and being able to easily post the link and have people sign up. The customer service was also very quick, helpful, and easy to interact with.

Cons

Had a bit of difficulty editing a page to include a different picture. Once I asked customer service and familiarized myself with the software more, no more issues.
