The customer service folks do not understand the meaning of the words "customer" and "service". **Pros:** If you've used another eSign service, it is fairly simple to use. It is expensive though and not worth it in my opinion. **Cons:** They are still working things out. I spent over $1000 sending a simple bulk send document which didn't work because there was an optional hyperlink (for more information) that if it was not clicked on, the document would not progress to the next signer. This was not stated in the instructions anywhere and I now have over 1000 documents that are "stuck", that I paid for, that are useless without the second signature. SignNow customer service folks are not aware that this is a problem and will not do anything to fix it or help me after I blew all that money on a useless service **Alternatives Considered:** [Docusign](https://www.capterra.com/p/121506/Docusign/) and [PandaDoc](https://www.capterra.com/p/131735/PandaDoc/) **Reasons for Choosing airSlate SignNow:** I thought it would be more efficient.
