### "Love it, my clients sign their contracts easily, no matter how technologically-challenged"

Frees up a lot of time. No sending back and forth of contracts, no discussions on how to sign it. The software just takes care of it.

Pros

I love that it's so easy to sign, and that's the most important part. Clients sign my coaching agreement contracts in no time at all, even for the most technologically-challenged. I then get my signed pdf as a download for me to keep within the client folder.

Cons

I don't have anything to really complain about, but I supposed if I were to be really picky I would say that the interface could be improved to something more intuitive to use.

Pros

It's really awesome on mobile so it speeds up everything I do.

Cons

Occasionally I'll get documents that are sent in other platforms which is annoying.

My overall experience with SignNow is very positive.

Pros

What I like most about SignNow is how easy it is to sign new documents. From receiving the request to completing the forms, SignNow works flawlessly.

Cons

I don't have any downsides to the software. SignNow has never given me issues and I always find it very easy to use.

I continue to use this program for work and for personal tasks. With my saved signatures and preferences, it's a one stop sign with this program.

Pros

What I like most is the ability to screen shot/save a file and then open it to either fill in the blanks or sign the bottom. It's as easy as 1-2-3...

Cons

I was originally introduced to the app back in 2018. So far, I have not been dissatisfied with the app as a whole.

Pros

SignNow is very easy to use and we've revamped our bit outdated vendor enrollment process with its help. It replaced bulky pdf scans sent via email with online signatures and timestamps, removing extra wrinkles from our process. Our vendors love it!

Cons

No real cons observed. The functionality is pretty standard for this type of software.

Using this software, I was able to work remotely and not miss important deadlines with respect to documents needed in several deals .

Pros

Very easy to use for simple tasks like just signing a doc with current date or a few texts. I have not tried the additional signer utilities but they look easy to use as well.

Cons

Would like a clearer filing system for executed docs. It may be there and i have not used it. Would like to create folders for individual projects or customers.

Not only is it quick and easy to use, it remembers people who I need signatures from most often. I also like how it sends me email alerts when documents have been signed.

Pros

The software allows for on the go signature. I can send to a client who is in an airport and they can sign from their phone. Being able to rapidly turn around documents has been a huge benefit.

Cons

I haven't found anything I do not like. So far everything has worked great.

So far, I’ve had an excellent experience with SignNow. I haven’t needed to use customer support yet because of its ease of use!

Pros

I love that you can create templates of the same document and just create copies of it to send to clients. It saves so much time. It’s very easy to use and a great value for the price.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about the software. I love the software and app.

Pros

For the pricing, SignNow is a good product and works fairly well. All clients bar one have found it easy to use.

Cons

It's not the most intuitive and it's frustrating having to upload a Word document and set the fields, rather than edit live on-site. It's not feature-rich but for the money, compared with other products on the market, I am not complaining.

SignNow relieves us of having to meet clients, and if the client makes a mistake it's easy to remedy digitally.

Pros

This software significantly saves the headache of trying to meet with clients in person. They can easily login and sign documents without having to make an appointment.

Cons

The user interface is decent but could be smoother. Sometimes it's confusing to clients which documents are the current documents.

Good experience. Reduce paperwork expenses. People I sent contract to get the chance to read it properly before signing instead of me being with them when they read. I think it's less stressful for my clients.

Pros

I like the fact that I don't have to keep paperwork, driving around to get my clients to sign a documents. Very easy to use.

Cons

There is some sort of glitch when typing on uploaded forms. Some letters disappear so just need to be cautious before saving. That would be great if they could solve this.

Pros

This tool facilitates the processing of legal documents. We can send and receive contracts for clients to sign, as well as receive notifications about who has signed and when the document has been fully executed. SignNow is easy to use, templates can be edited and reused for new documents, and another thing I like is its low cost.

Cons

SignNow works very well. The service is flawless and very easy to use for both parties.

Pros

SignNow has all the features of the heavyweights in the digital signing market for half the price. It's simple and intuitive to use and is a great one stop solution for all your digital document signing needs.

Cons

I've only identified one major flaw. When you want to create a document template with one signature section already completed e.g. If you regularly send out the same document and want to have your company section pre-signed and dated to speed up the signing process, then the date stamp is not able to automatically change. So if I make a template on the 4th July it will stay on that date no matter when I send the document, which defeats the point in having a predated template. The preset date is also in American date format and there doesn't appear to be a way to change this. This is strange as for the other party signing you are able to select EU/USA date format. To work around the problem we just have the signature and title sections pre-completed and manually enter the date. However, it's a tiny flaw of what's otherwise a fantastic product.

Overall I have had a very positive experience using SignNow. I used this program today to submit a change of deposit for my paycheck through my employer.

Pros

I have only used this for my place of employment. It is the program that our HR department uses for our company to submit important documents such as a direct deposit form. We are sent an email with a link that will take us to the form. It's super simple when dealing with it on my end of things.

Cons

I haven't experienced anything negative about this software. I have had all positive experiences. I am fairly new to my experience with this but all have been positive so far.

People don't have printers anymore. And those that do, either ran out of ink or ran out of paper weeks ago. Having the ability to simply sign docs digitally is extremely helpful to keep business moving.

Pros

Clients use this all the time to sign docs. Can do digital signature or custom signature. I love it, and so do my clients. Mobile friendly.

Cons

N/A. My experience with SignNow has been pleasant. Been using it for over 4 years, and use it weekly.
