Pros

We have had a lot of customers ask us in previous years for an easier way to execute our paperwork for our auctions while they are traveling and the SignNow app has been that lifesaver for our company. We really enjoy how easy it is for our customers to use.

Cons

The thing we like least about this product is nothing. We are fans and it has helped our company.

I use SignNow to obtain signatures on various insurance applications. Saves the customer time and easy to do without coming in the office.

Pros

The ease of use in setting up the documents to be signed. SignNow also works with my agency management system.

Cons

It is my understanding the client must download an app before they can sign their documents. I have not had any complaints regarding this but I would like to see a simplier application for the client.

Saved time. Easy for clients to follow

Pros

User Interface is very good. Easy to follow for a newbie. Being able to sign documents with ease for clients. Clients find it is to follow instructions. Being able to look back and get documents with history. Affordable pricing.

Cons

Sometimes it auto identifies fields in a pdf form and then I have to manually delete them if I don't want it filled or signed.

I can recommend this product to sales managers, who has a big amount of contracts to sign. Dramatically saves time and funds.

Pros

This app helps increase performance of sales managers by saving their time, which used to be spent on travelling and signing papers with pen.

Cons

Very slow customer support, not free, editor could have much more features. Still waiting for response.

Pros

I use this on a weekly basis. When we have customers needing to sign paperwork. It is very easy and quick process.

Cons

It's such a simple program, I don't have any complaints to go with it. It's just a few click of a button and you have a signed document.

This software is easy to use and has quite a few great customizable options. Overall good experience and fit our needs well.

Pros

Good way to manage documents. Provides history of changes made and is customizable with fields you use most. You can also manage an expiration date which is helpful for documents with a deadline.

Cons

There aren't very many cons to this software. The ability to change fields in the document and send for resigning with revisions would be a good feature to have but its not a dealbreaker.

Pros

It is very intuitive, straightforward unlike other software's that complicates a simple signing feature. I love that even though I signed using my mouse it looked polished as if signed by hand.

Cons

Hard to get support, I sent an email with a simple question and they replied a few days after. Editing features are limited as well.

Pros

I like that you can insert signatures with the touch of a button, you can customize the date, you can add checkmarks easily, etc.

Cons

I don't like that you cannot edit a document once its saved. I also think that the compatibility with other programs like dropbox and one drive could be improved to make it easier to upload things. I wish you could save signatures.

Pros

It saves my signature for future use and does not require clients to create an account when they need to sign documents for me.

Cons

If you’re doing it from your phone then you must download the application in order to sign the documents.

Easy to sign up, great referral program and so far no complaints!

Pros

Importing documents was fairly simple. I like the notifications that are sent when the other party signs. There are pre-populated fields to drag and drop so it makes the document set up process quick and painless.

Cons

So far this product has met all of our needs. One thing that would be nice is to edit a word doc in the software as I've had to delete, then re-upload if I find a typo that I need to fix before sending.

Pros

It’s pretty easy to use and also for my clients to sign it was really easy and quick.

Cons

I really don’t like how many clicks or movements it takes to switch the signer or switch from initials to signature. I understand it’s easy, however I wish it was easier, maybe a keyboard shortcut or coloured dots rights beside the initial placement. I also find it misses my clicks on the buttons to switch between my signature, their singature, initials, text fields etc. I have to do it slowly for it to recognize.

Quick and easy signature routing and document storage.

Pros

Ease of use on iPhone app. Document storage. Routing to signers has been simple and it is extremely user friendly even to those unfamiliar with electronic signature programs.

Cons

Signature and initialing on app are clean but when you sign using mouse on computer the result is a not as clean, it comes out messy.

Pros

I can get things done without requiring the client to come into the office.

Depending on the size of the file it might have issues loading, or take a lot longer than usual.
