Cons Some documents upload with fields auto-detected when I don’t want to use all those fields. It causes me to delete dozens of boxes before I can proceed. The time and workload that it reduced is remarkable. Cons They have restrictions on re-naming files once they're uploaded. Pros This software is so easy and more mobile friendly then others I have used. This one allows you to have check boxes and multiple options to select for the signer to ensure they actually review and answer questions that are of most importance in signing. There are a few technical issues with it crashing, but again, that’s rare. Pros I love that this software allows me to avoid printing out paperwork and scanning signatures. I can do everything virtually, and the software is very direct and easy to use. Cons There aren’t too many problems with this software. I also prefer the signature feature to that of Adobe Acrobat. Cons I really didn't have any cons other than I was able to find a product that incorporated the signature feature with other features that I needed being in the real estate field. B, your fixed costs, are going to be higher than with other vendors, but your variable costs will make this a better, more cost effective long term solution. Pros The only thing that I like about this product is the $1.50 / envelop price. It's a great value. there was some flexibility in staying a trial longer but it was certainly met with resistance. Cons The software is a little clumsy; e.g., you can't set the width of a textbox through the interface so you're working in X, Y coordinates with pixels. It doesn't have a sound QA to production model where you can promote code but still maintain QA access. It is also useful for getting other people to sign documents quickly. Cons Its a pretty simple software, there aren't really any drawbacks. It would be nice if it didn't take so long for a signature to go through, but I'm not sure if there is a legal purpose to that or something else. It's nice to be able to put in a message about the document. Cons The brand name is somewhat unfamiliar to clients, or at least less familiar than other brands. I find the signature requests often got stuck in junk mail so it can take a little bit of discussion with a client to find requests.
