Overall it is a great value and has dramatically streamlined out lease signing process and helped keep the leases organized. Pros Price, and features for the price. Generally easy to use. Cons Some functions are a bit convoluted whit it comes to editing existing templates. Modifying existing templates (even small modifications) can be tricky and time consuming. bringing a bit of intelligence to the product can tremendously alleviate this issue (move all fields after a specific point up or down the same distance) when adding or removing a field/section. I like that it is cloud based so you really can access it anywhere. Cons I think the company is so new that it still has some kinks that need to be worked out. Pros It's easy to set up templates so you can send out the same kind of contracts over and over again. The email updates when contracts are completed are also handy. I think it is a great software and very convenient. Pros SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling. Also not having to scan them after they are signed and before they get messed up is nice! Pros Easy to flow through the process of signing a document. Easy to email or save it to google drive after it is signed. Cons I’ve created some templates, and the lines on my scanned forms are smaller than the size will allow. This causes them to overlap on some fields that are close together. Pros I refuse to print documents out to sign and email back. I just use SignNow and avoid all of that. It’s much easier, faster, and eco-friendly. Plus this way I also have a record of it. SignNow fits that use-case perfectly at a reasonable price. Pros Easy to set up templates and manage these for individual renters. Better pricing than other options and so much easier than having people scan and send contracts back. No complaints from renters on issues with ease-of-use or device compatibility. The documents can be signed in a much shorter time and you don't have to pay for sending them. Of course, you pay if you take the package but it is nothing compared to how much you get when you have to send it by post. Plus, in some countries, you have the surprise of not getting the mail at all or getting it too late. Pros We just started to use this software. I like how easy it is to sign documents! We have coworkers in different countries and this software saves time and money. We are now using the free trial, but for sure we will buy the package.
