We use it with Zapier for tenants to automatically sign lease agreements. Pros Very easy to use, integration with Zapier, good value for money for our business, and most importantly, legal. Cons Sometimes the formatting is a bit wonky for adding text so I have to play with the sizing to get it to fit properly. It's only happened a few times. Pros I like the ease the software has to have others use and sign my documents. I also enjoy the expiration feature. It does not put any box or other marker that identifies a digital signature, so it looks like you really signed the document. Pros The fact that I didnt necessarily had to come into an office to sign docs if my schedule didnt permit it. It was sent electronically via email and I was able to open it up and sign. Pros I love that is fast and easy to upload documents. It has mostly all the features I think I would need. Cons There is no copy and paste button which would be useful and no way to customize font. Very minor, not really a hinderance in usability. After client signing I wish I could put into order or change the name (or nickname) or color code the contract to better organize myself.
