This is such a simple and highly effective tool. It has had a profound effect on my business. I am able to work completely remote. I find myself being able to control my schedule like never before. My employees are able to immediately have me review and approve purchase orders, checks, and any HR transactions. Our sales team is submitting quotes and contracts to clients immediately. We are getting very positive feedback. It's enabled us to be a very easy company to do business with.

Great experience. I only wish I could go back and edit the words I’ve input after saving. If a date is wrong I have to redo the entire page which can be annoying

It was great albeit on a free trial. I think the customization of the documents and adding fields for signatures were spot on.

Pros

I've had the chance to use this as a free trial. We were switching HRIS and payroll vendor so this came with the onboarding feature. I find it very useful and easy to use. It was just such a shame since it is not integrated with the payroll vendor's system but added as an app so that would mean managing 2 systems.

Cons

Nothing really and I did not get to use it as much since it was only a one month free trial. I don't think there was anything not to like it though.

I appreciate not having to rely on a scanner or other slower process to send out and received signed contracts. This saves me so much time and energy.

Pros

I've been using SignNow for years now. It's the easiest digital signature platform I've used and clients have never faced any issues in signing them. It makes my job easier!

Cons

I would love to have a bulk upload feature for the times I'm trying to get multiple contracts out at the same time.

Pros

Immediate acknowledgment of sent and signed docs.

Cons

Daily limit on the number of uploads is too low. When sending contracts, I have to break them up between 2 to 3 days.

The customer service is horrible. Stay away from these people. The minute you have an issue, they would leave you on your own.

It went smooth, just not worth the money.

Pros

It does what it’s intended to be used for. Fairly easy to use.

Cons

I don’t like how it’s just a app for signing contracts. For the price, I could put it towards a package software with many other features. If the app was much cheaper, I would reconsider.
