" August 13, 2019 4.0 Pros I like how it is integrated with our AMS so that when we email docs to our clients we can click "sign-now" and set up the spots we need electronic signatures for. However, there are times where the actual email never sends and I end up having to send it again through SignNow rather than NowCerts automatically (our AMS provider). That has caused some issues with customer service with our agents. Otherwise we get a discounted rate and it is by far one of the friendliest and most customer friendly products for e-signature I have seen--a true rival to Docusign. Cons Double sending glitch I wrote about above is the only issue really, the setup for e-sign and pointing where you want it is a little touchy. You can accidentally click somewhere and not know you asked for a client's signature in an area of the policy that you don't need a signature on all because you accidentally brushed your mouse. March 14, 2019 5.0 All things considered, SignNow is very much worth it for the value it provides for the price. Pros SignNow has been an invaluable tool for me in my efforts of making my work time more efficient by focusing on actual work. It has been a great tool for my team and I, as we now have a centralized platform to take care of our signature needs when working on things that require a client's or a coworker's signature. It saves us a lot of time this way. The interface itself is intuitive and is easy to use. Another great thing about SignNow is that it offers various pre-built templates, which we don't often use, but they are still there for us when we need them. Cons Nothing major that I dislike. Pros This app saves me hours every month. I used to print out invoices, requests, etc., sign them, scan them back in, and then send back to the requestor. Now, I can take care of all of that on one easy to use app. Cons Nothing, this app works flawlessly for what I use it for. A very useful tool to sign your documents on the go" January 29, 2019 5.0 I travel two weeks per month and that is a huge amount of time out of the office. Having the possibility to sign crucial documents while traveling is extremely important. It also provides the possibility to have all of them stored and available at one place provided by the application. You don't need extra storage on tour cloud or PC. Once signed, you share it or send it by email from within the application at the same step. Pros It is multi-platform, I can use it on my smart phone, tablet and personal computer. It also has storage for your signed documents, and of course, you can create folders to be accessed by co-signers. Cons The tablet platform is way easier to use than the PC. Pros It’s easy to use , all of my documents are right there for me to see , I can keep them for as long as I want to and don’t have to delete them. I also really like the option that I can use it as businesses and personal . Changing the Signaturs it’s super easy . Al around a great app . Cons Right now I liked the option where it would keep track of what I have written so I don’t have to repeat my self , I fill out a lot of forms and all the time it’s not address and all that fun stuff and I just loved the optin where I could see what I had written before so I just tap on that . It allows us to create agreements that look just the way we want. Cons We can't get customer support to fix a glitch in the software. In the dialog box that pops up when our agreement is loaded, it's stuck on a person's name for all the agreements. I've tried to find a phone number or way to contact SignNow, but I can't see how to do it, at least not easily. Because of this we needed a way for her to sign various documents very timely so the business could move forward without interruption. After review of several options I landed on SignNow and it fit the need perfectly. The price was within our budget and the user friendly app has been excellent. SignNow has more than taken care of this work flow issue and has helped make working remotely very efficient. It has improved our firm and clients seem to be happier with it. Pros SignNow is a very cost effective way to get electronic signatures. They are super reasonable with their fees. The software is very easy to use as well. With our last software I got way more calls with clients struggling to sign. Since getting Sign Now the number of people struggling to use sign now has dropped significantly. Cons I wish I could make notes somewhere that corresponds with each signature being sent out. Our students were able to fill out the document within their availability and we were able to receive them in a timely manner! We will continue to use signnow for these types of issues in the future! Pros As a user of signNow, it has helped our department immensely! We've had to make changes and have students sign-off on the changes made to their program of study outlines. This required us to create a document that all students would need to sign electronically but unfortunately all our students were on campus during different dates and times. This posed a problem to us but with signNow we had our solution! We emailed the document to the students with an e-signature required field and was able to get all the documents back! Cons It was difficult setting up the document as it's fields were limited. We are very unique in the way we conduct our program of study for the students. The students have a variety of options to choose from and with a document that we needed to be clear, signNow had limiting fields. SignNow fulfilled these requirements for us and also lends a bit of credibility and professionalism to this process in the eyes of our clients. Pros SignNow is fairly easy to use. What I like most is that this software allows me to automate a process that used to take time and much effort. To get our commercial office leases signed, we either had to meet in person (a half a day's trip) with tenant or PDF documents, email them back and forth, print them out and re-scan for signatures. With SignNow, we can create documents to sign and store on their website. There is a trail of who has signed and who hasn't signed. No printing out or re-scan necessary. Just save PDF document to folder of choice when fully signed. Cons Nothing really. It does take a little time to figure out how to insert, setup and align fields within a document but once it's learned, it's simple. Review Source SD Sara D. It has saved us so much time and we definitely cannot live without it! Pros The thing I love most about SignNow is its simplicity and ease of use. Signing documents is normally a very boring and tedious process but SignNow makes it so easy and reliable. Being able to enter your signature electronically saves so much time printing, scanning and going back and forth to complete a contractual agreement. Cons I wish SignNow has more support in other languages because our company deal with businesses internationally. May 20, 2018 2.0 Pros We looked at several products before choosing SignNow and did so mostly based on price. They had the features we were looking for and were much cheaper than DocuSign, Adobe, and other e-signature applications we looked at. The workflow/routing functionality is really beneficial, especially if you don't have another solution at your organization that can manage workflows. We were trying to find a solution to handle electronic signatures, but really found the platform most beneficial for workflow management. Cons The biggest cause for concern though is the reliability and support of the product. The authentication portal is unavailable several times a week and this has been going on for weeks. When this happens, existing forms can still be filled out, but no new forms can be created or modified and form owners can not check on the status of forms. SignNow has phone and email support, but I've called the support line several times and am always instructed to leave a message and it is never returned. Also, emailing their support typically does not yield a response. I've emailed in about 20 times over the past year for different things and have received a response for five of them. They don't have to go out and look for a fax machine or scanner to send information back. My clients can complete their paperwork from home, work, or even out at dinner. It's created a convenient way to handle the tediousness of contracts. Pros My favorite feature about this software is being able to pull up and update all my contracts from my phone. I can add notes into the contacts, even after we are done signing our portion. Review Source
