December 25, 2019 5.0 we finally got our in house legal team to allow us to use SignNow as an official form of signature instead of printing out paper, signing, and rescanning due to the legal protections it provided. highly recommend for anyone person or business that needs to sign papers and is currently printing and signing them now. Pros I loved that i didn't have to print out and sign legal documents, contracts, and invoices. additionally, the signing feature in adobe acrobat isn't as intuitive as SignNow. No time at all to get your documents signed. Its very simple and takes an extra minute to get your document into the app and done. Cons No issues at all. We've been using this software for several years now and the only possible complaint could be that some people want wet signatures and there is nothing really that the company can do to fix that problem. It also allows users to make amendments to contracts and send them back to issuers. Cons SignNow is only as good as the person setting up the document - the designer has to specify the places where each party needs to sign because SignNow progresses them through the sequence automatically and doesn't allow for "freehand signing" Review Source DR David R. Pros Our company makes substantial use of SignNow with a wide base of our clients. While I have entered a position that no longer uses SignNow, I continue to follow its development and use in our company. SignNow provides a good experience for both our staff and our clients. Setting up document templates is quick and easy, and making signature fields visible for document receivers is equally easy. Cons We have only ever experienced minor issues SignNow, all of which I have trouble recalling the exact details. Occasionally, we have had trouble with getting contract transmissions through spam filters, even when the receiver whitelists SignNow. I like how it tries to hold clients hands to walk them through signing. Cons Implying that users must create log-in's is not cool. Nor is how slowly features are added. Total I have spent maybe four hours in setting up our basic contract. Pros Streamlining the contracting process is essential, and I have found SignNow to be OVERALL helpful. The software meets all US contracting laws, and helps to solidify the process. As a small business it has been helpful. It is a good alternative to DocuSign, has a good contract tracking feature, and is overall pretty easy to use. Cons The inability to edit docs INSIDE the app/website is a serious oversight. I believe it is available in the next membership level up, but it makes creating a draft contract somewhat frustrating as you have to go back and forth between word and SignNow. I can get things signed fast from anywhere I have internet access - my phone, iPad, laptop, etc. No more waiting to get back to the office to sign a time sensitive document. Pros The software is easy to use for anyone from beginner to pro. Works well on all my devices. I use mostly from my tablet an IPad and on my IPhone. Sharing, sending, printing anywhere anytime make it very easy for myself and to my customers. Cons I wish when Sending and sharing the sign file via email it doesn’t show the software title. November 16, 2016 5.0 As a landlord and a tv producer, I use sign now to quickly and efficiently send and get contracts signed. I've been able to eliminate the need to print a document, get it signed and then scan it in to digital archives. I can personalize a contract in minutes, specify the areas for people to sign, send the contract by email and receive it within minutes. I also love the template feature that allows me to upload one contract and send it to multiple users - each user signing and sending back the same contract. It saves me from redundant busy work ... can't stress enough the convenience and efficiency of sign now.
