### "Main Features Do Not Work. Support is Slow!"

Pros

It's can be a decent system at an affordable price, if it worked.

Cons

The Bulk Invite doesn't to work. After uploading a list of clients, the field chooser removes sending options that are available prior to the CSV upload. Reporting is broken. Reports display random field names instead of user information. Could be a good system is it worked. Support is slow. I only say this because if this is their main business, it should not take a business week to fix a basic function.

Reason for choosing airSlate SignNow

I'm not choosing SignNow because they can't seem to get basic features working in a timely manner.

Price and features. SignNow has better features and it's better priced. It just doesn't fully work and they rely on customers finding issues instead of testing their main product.

You've mentioned that you contacted our Support but since we don't see your email in this review, we can't detect the case on our side. We at signNow are actually using bulk sending via CSV quite frequently ourselves. And it seems to be working alright, for our internal purposes. We would like to investigate this case and settle this as soonest. Please, provide more details, and we would do our best to solve this ASAP. Thanks!

### "Good but needs more options "

Allows me to open a blank template. Feel out for each invoice and bill. Then I can have the delivery location sign. That way I can send invoice and bill of lading in for payment before I leave the delivery location.

Pros

I can use it on my android and apple products without have to email documents to each device.

Cons

Once you sign or print on a document, then save it. It's done. You can not go back and edit it. You can not add pages to already saved documents. The new version for the apple, does not allow repeat of words. Say I have a 10 page document I need to put my # on each page. Old version, keep all word typed at bottom of the screen. Where all you have to do is click one instead of typing hole thing over again.

Easy process to sign documents online.

Pros

I liked that you could do this all via the internet. A lot of documents now are online, so Sign Now makes it so you don't have to print and scan anything - you just sign and it's complete.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about this program. It worked every time and was quick - the receiver has the documents as soon as you sign them.

Pros

UX is solid.The ability to drag and drop from the desktop is great. I would improve the mobile experience though. Android app is real bad.

Cons

Updating my credit card on an expired account is like going into the heart of darkness. Also, sometimes features are released that just never quite work right. (like auto-fills)

It has been great! Document adding is easy.

Pros

It is easy to set up great looking contracts. The template option is fantastic to make minor changes, but keep using the same contract. The sign now options are clean and easy to use by our customers.

Cons

I don't like that we can't integrate it with Infusionsoft (known now as Keap). It would be great to trigger off a SignNow document when a certain event occurs from the CRM and pushes the contact info directly into the document that we are wanting to send.

I've used this in my own business, and for my clients. It is easy to get set up, and easy for people to learn how to use.

Cons

The interface can be a little confusing, but it just requires a bit of a learning curve.

In my rental property business, I need to have all tenants for each property complete and sign about 8-10 lease documents. SignNow allows me to create the documents in Microsoft Word with text tags, create conditional fields, custom routing, and signature expiration dates, automatic reminders, etc. SignNow allows me to process these documents remotely and without paper.

Pros

Ability to create documents in Microsoft Word using text tags to automatically transform them into fillable templates when I upload the documents. I can then create document groups and custom signing order, which works great for signing real estate property leases.

Cons

Inability to reset a single document from a document group for a single signer who encounters difficulty.

### "Great functionality at the best price"

Our experience with SignNow over the past few years has been great. It's an inexpensive and easy to use signing tool. I don't need to fall in love with a tool like this; it just needs to work - and SignNow always works well.

Pros

We were looking for a professional signing solution - nothing too complicated but with some templating functionality. SignNow checks those boxes perfectly: easy to use and at a competitive price.

Cons

While SignNow handled 98% of my documents perfectly, it was unable to process a couple of the very long or complicated ones. While the data is all there, it would also be nice if it had a better UX for viewing audit information, or automatically adding it to the completed PDF documents.

My overall experience with SignNow is good; however, the worst con is the system failures where I can't access SignNow due to a server issue or whatever the issue is. When this has happened, I have had to push off my work to send out documents to customers to sign off on.

I love the ease of being able to sign documents. There are great security measures in place too in order to protect the privacy of employees. This is an awesome product.

Cons

They could use better free trials or the pricing could be more affordable as there are low-priced and free products which are comparable to Sign Now.

Pros

I have tried many digital signing software. But signnow.com is very much user friendly, flexible and economic. Anyone can afford the fee.

Cons

Uploading the document is very easy. No need to convert to PDF document. Just drag the signature on the word file. Simple!!! Awesome!!!

Sames a ton of time getting documents filled out, signed and sent back.

Pros

I can load any document I want and send to anyone for filling out and signing. I have used this software to create a "digital" version of our company new employee application. I used to have to email the app, they would have to print out, fill out and scan back in (many people do not have scanners). Now I can send the app to anyone and they can easily fill out on the computer and send back fast. Any company policies I have to send out for signature results in fast returns as document signing with this software is quick and painless. They click the link in their email and go directly to the document. The software literally guides them with arrows to each part to fill out. There is a great variety of options from adding text boxes, date boxes and drop down menus right on your document. You can even select if the entry is required, meaning they cannot submit until they enter something, or optional, for if that section does not apply to them. The software will send you an email with the document as an attachment once they have signed.

Cons

Keep in mind that longer documents with lots to fill out will take some time to set up as a template, since you have to literally position a text, date or signature box at each spot you want filled out.

Pros

With this product we can send out any forms that we need our employees to complete without having them come into the office to complete. This saves everyone time and money with just a click of a button. Our employees love it even the ones who are not so tech friendly.

Pros

I love that I am able to send and review all documents that go out to our employees. We are bale to set up multiple documents and either send them out separately or in a group email.

Cons

Adding the sign now sections and setting up the employee to maintain can be a little crazy until you get use to the process as well as all the additional information you can place with each document. It's a learning curve for most.

I absolutely LOVE this program. I work with regional truck drivers. The ability to distribute needed documents and obtain the required signatures is a LIFE SAVER. I use it for everything from Driver Consent Forms and Applications to Monthly Maintenance Reports.

Easy to use for all: the administrator, the end user, internal employees. It is a no-brainer when using this where to sign. Additionally, tracking signage is also very easy.

Cons

The emails often get caught in SPAM when going to our clients, so we have to follow up at times...other than that, a great product.

So far, SignNow has been exactly what we were looking for to expedite the signing process and everyone who has signed, has said it's been really easy! We have much more thorough contracts now, because fields are required to complete and we get all the info we need.

Pros

I think SignNow is more aesthetically pleasing and easier to use than other similar programs I have tried. The price is great and I love have lots of different templates I can save and use, and that SignNow stores all my signed documents as well as giving them to me in PDF

Cons

I thought it was little hard initially to create the templates and save them to the correct places to continue to keep using.

Pros

My favorite feature of the software is the ability to upload a PDF to the website and invite others to sign electronically. It makes life really easy for us to have clients sign the service agreement before we get out to their house.

Cons

The thing I like the least is the fact that I am paying for the service multiple times because I subscribed through the App Store on my iPad and I also am paying for the service through their website. I need to deal with this but always forget.

Quick signing process.

Pros

I enjoy the easy to use drag and drop fields. New interface is pretty clean and distraction free. Service is very reasonably priced.

Cons

Wish I could swap a document, after setting up fields, and before sending for review. Wish there we notifications for when signees view document. Wish there was easier expiration settings. Wish there were a way to modify a default template for email. Always have to hand rewrite it. Do not like getting caught between beta and old app. Interface should stay under new design. Wish I could organize documents better.

The ability to sign forms even when I am not in the office which is quite often due to all the work I do in the field.

Pros

I have been using the system for over a year now. It allows me to conduct business no matter if I am in the office or not. I have to sign medical consent forms for my clients and this allows me to do so no matter where I am. I use both the mobile app and the online desktop version.

Cons

I really like the functionality of the software. I only wish that I can choose the color of the ink when using the desktop version. I also would like to be able to control the thickness of my signature. I find it a bit too bold.
