The app is very easy to use, and the integration with most major cloud storage providers is a huge plus. Since adding SignNow to our business model, we've found that not only does it reduce the amount of paper that we need to keep on hand, but it's a huge benefit to our clients. The sophistication of providing them all their details signed, and in electronic format provides them with a stored and searchable document in their email, as well as impresses them in the process. When my partner first showed me this app to complete our contracts with WFHs far from us instead of using paper copies, I was skeptical. We had digital copies of contracts in our inbox within minutes of sending them out. Cons I am a believer now. Having signed copies of contracts completed digitally is ten times better than the old way of printing, signing, and faxing back. This has made it super simple and quick to get this done. All clients have been able to use signNow with ease. Pros The ease of use is what drew me to signNow. We needed something to help with getting our business done faster and easier. Instead of using faxes and emails, we can just use signNow for all documents needing to be signed. This shortens and saves time to close business dealings. All that the app has to offer is by far better than anything else we have looked into. Cons Once a document has been sent, you are unable to edit that document in any way.
