The training was terrible and they were not able to recreate what we had with Quickbooks. After not implementing it and spending thousands of dollars on the product I was extremely disappointed and the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] refused to give us any money back. Pros It was supposed to offer a great alternative to Quickbooks Enterprise to handle multi-company transfers and various other features, but it fails badly. Cons The customer service is terrible and you have no confidence that the software will function as expected which is crucial for accounting. The reliability just isn't there. Their company model is truly leading the industry in POS solutions. Pros The interface is easy to use and navigate. Every staff member on our team has their own login credentials to the company account that tailors to that individual's job requirements when using the software. Billing and statements are available in both paper and paperless. Our company utilizes both. Credit Card Rates with Gravity are among the best in the industry. When it comes to rates, rather than charging every company the the same, Gravity helps tailor your billing to fit your company's usage. 100% US Based Customer Service - and their company is built upon employee ownership. Every support team member is a key-decision maker! As a business owner, being able to pick up the phone, and speak with a Gravity support team member is one of the top reasons I would recommend their quality products. We've experience nothing but the best in customer service- you will find that every Gravity team member takes pride in their work, and makes "the call" when a situation does need to be addressed. Cons Every GREAT company is never satisfied. Gravity is continually improving and adding new features. Gravity also tells us that they are working diligently to integrate with more companies. To date all of our users have been extremely pleased with the functionality and ease of use Gravity provides. We have had little to no issues, with most that we do have coming from our own issues. However, even when WE create our own problems, the Gravity team has jumped through hoops to help us overcome the situation. Simply put, it’s refreshing to have a true PARTNER with us as we travel the life we call “business”. Cons There is nothing I can pinpoint as "liking least" since Gravity has exceeded all expectations! There is not a better product out there for the money when it comes to managing multiple businesses and bank accounts. It MIGHT be overkill for some situations but I am positive it is not under-kill in any situation. I feel confident that this team can make this product work for ANY company and for a fraction of the cost of a lot of other options. And I feel like it's always evolving and always improving. It's been nice to see the growth just since I started using it. Pros NOTHING was forgotten when Gravity was created - NOTHING. Every functionality you're used to from any other accounting software is at least included in Gravity and probably enhanced when compared to other products. And you do not have to close any month, quarter or year so any adjustments can easily be made with any date you want! And while the custom reports are truly custom and can look just about any way and do just about any thing you want them to, setting them up may be a little complicated and time consuming but the end result is worth it! Cons Some areas of Gravity are still a little clunky but it doesn't bother me at all because I know rep and his team are constantly working to resolve any issues I've had and to make all areas of Gravity work exactly the way he envisioned they would. It's been a little work-in-process type of experience but still, well worth my time and every penny we've spent on Gravity.
