Pros I love how easy it is to input weekly time sheets over multiple cost codes without much thinking at all. After a couple of weeks it was second nature. Cons The mobile app is a bit wonky sometimes, particularly being able to see a full week or month at a time. It is much easier on a desktop. I really like the ease of entering projects, the ability to customize, sync between the accounting software, and the fact it is accessible anywhere at anytime. Realistically with any software there will be things that are not so great but for me the only con that sticks out is the lack of auto save. Pros There are a lot of pros to using Rhubmix for your time tracking software. The key features I really like about Rhumbix are it is cloud based so you can access the software via an app or on a desktop computer, it is user friendly, customizable for your specific company, and it has the ability to automatically sync to and from your accounting software. If you do not have a sync feature it is still very easy to setup/manage projects in Rhumbix. Cons There are a few cons to Rhumbix I have noticed since it has been implemented with our company such as the user roles are kind of an all or nothing, when an update is rolled out it seems to cause issues with parts of the software that previously didn't have issue, and after the new issue is identified it takes some time to get fixed, exporting data from Rhubmix is easy but looks terrible and is kind of hard to follow. Lastly, it does have an auto save feature which can get really frustrating. Pros This multi-purpose management software creates an efficient platform for documenting while out in the field. Everything is digitized to save the hassle of paper trails that updates in real time allowing for improved communication between you and your clients and employees. Cons This software is still in the testing stages of its development. Some features are buggy or are not compatible with certain applications. Any of these issues can be fixed with more testing and feedback from customers. Pros having the master for me its extremely easy to use, I just log on and I have control over my Foreman, can easily see overall week view, and daily. Cons at this point on my version I have had no issues, the phone version for my manpower can be tricky for them but it takes a little time to get use to using your phone but using the computer is much easier. Pros Save draft feature is used almost religiously as I get interrupted quite frequently. We love the tracking features that it offers. Cons It took us a while to figure out the payroll and timekeeping. Once we navigated it for a few days we figured it out. Pros Completing a timesheet is much simpler now that it can be done from a phone, ipad or laptop. The notes are a great tool to deal with some of the unexpected issues on timesheets like absences. Quantity tracking also makes it useful for daily production tracking. Cons If many cost codes are involved, the search feature does not always work very well. It would be nice if you could make a CC inactive once its complete to remove it from the drop down list.
