It is a great tool to get status from sales team and from project team. It is also very easy to use and does not require much time from the project manager. For those Project Managers who really wants to manage their projects according to PMBOK, it makes their job much easier and more productive. Cons There is no mobile app for this tool. It will be good if the tool allows team members and project managers to update info using mobile app while they are on site or away from their computers. Pros This is one of my most favorite PPM software. I love the fact that it very closely follows the PMI framework for PMP. It have all the right tools for Project Managing. Cons I would like this software to develop an app for the Android market. This would assist in project managing while in remote areas. They do have one for the Iphone but not for the Android market yet. The tool itself provides relevant information on our portfolio artifacts which allow us having a high view about the performance of our projects as well as a simple project management module which helps us a correct planning and execution of risks, scheduling deadlines, WBS, milestones, costs, resources, procurement and lessons learned. Based on roles, the structure of our company was embedded in the tool with high flexibility about customizing our needs in terms of integration, reporting, dashboards and functionality. As well, as it is a web based solution, we may have access to the data whenever and wherever we want. Cons It doesn't have 'what if scenarios' functionality still embedded and we would like to have it for better allocation and prioritization.
