Highly professional and prompt customer service. It's easy to customize the service by adding or removing keywords and profiles.

Pros

I appreciate its ease of use, intuitive interface, and excellent customer service. I can effectively monitor the social media accounts I'm interested in by profile and keyword, extracting data that is useful for my work.

Cons

I would like to be able to monitor LinkedIn profiles (currently not possible). This would give my work a real boost.

Great! Customer service is top-notch, whenever faced with a challenge, it takes 0-10 minutes for it to be solved by Mediatoolkit's customer service which is great as problems tend to come in when pressure is huge.

Pros

The ability to track all mentions based on the keywords needed makes it easy to report on the performance of various products and also helps in analyzing customer feedback.

Cons

TikTok and Instagram Reels cannot be tracked yet which can sometimes make it hard to analyze results from products shared on this platforms.

Pros

It is an easy to use and friendly system. It's intuitive.

Cons

Graphics are not as readable. A result of other systems is to present the health of the brand: it would be very good to have it.

Pros

It's easy to get an overall view of the market or competitors communications. Easy access to reports provides easy arguments to present to the board on changes to comms strategy.

Cons

The tool is great for everything around online media monitoring, but the reports would be even better if it was possible to include or import additional mentions from offline or different sources not currently tracked.

Not the best, but I hope to gets better

Pros

Not impactful features, but looked easy to use in the trial.

Cons

It's not working as I expected, the configuration is not that easy. The tool crashes very often.

Pros

We like the fact that we can open a lot of queries for our clients, to monitor different sectors websites and rrss. Also we have had a great experience with the Customer Support team, they helped us understand the tool which is important to be able to get the results we needed.

Cons

What I like least of the software is the complexity to set a query to find information in specific websites or social media accounts such as twitter, instagram and facebook.
