Have been a using Account Ability for over 20 years. The support team is always super helpful! They are great to work with.

Pros

The support team is very knowledgeable and always helpful! \[sensitive content hidden\] has always been there to help with our issues!

Cons

Not much that I can think of since we use this once a year. Tool is consistent year and after year.

Phenomenal!!! I would recommend Account Ability to any firm that needs to submit documents to the IRS.

Pros

My representative was fabulous and talked to me about every step of the way through it, explaining everything. He was great!!!

Cons

At this time, I don't have any cons. The staff was fantastic and very helpful.

I am very pleased with AA. I will definitely continue to use the software. Also, the staff is very helpful. they are very knowledgeable about the software. I have never had any problems. very friendly.

Pros

I like that Accountability is effective and efficient in workflow. I have been using the software for years now and at first, I didn't understand how to use it because I was using a different software that didn't offer as nearly all of the functions as AA but now, I am happy that the corporation has switched.

Cons

Pricy but I figured with all specs/functions of AA we would not have. It's good to have all functions in one place.

We have used the software for our 1099s for many years for your clients and it works well.

Pros

It is helpful we can roll the prior year 1099 client information from one year to the next. Using the IRS Fire System links is nice to have in the software. I have been the IRS Fire System after the January 31 deadline for correcting and adding 1099s.

Cons

It would be a benefit if we could print out the Register listing in one location instead of clicking on each client Management file, We send the listing to the client with our 1099 letter in November.

Its easy to use and the technical staff are amazing. So helpful

I disliked the end of year transferring. Thats why I pay them to transfer files to the IRS for me. They are super great about it.

Reason for choosing Account Ability

I dont remember. We needed a product to do the 1099 and this was recommended to us.

It does the job and allows us to submit the electronic files we must submit to the IRS and states at the beginning of the year.

Pros

The easiness of running the W2 files for each state we have to remit for.

Cons

The overall appearance of the software looks antiquated. The prompts are not user-friendly nor easy to find even for those who are computer literate.

Reason for choosing Account Ability

It was introduced to us as an alternative to the current accounting software we use for our accounting that is not able to remit W2 files to the states

We have used the program for year-end document processing. It is consistent in quality and function.

Pros

We have used this product for years and the quality is consistent. It is user friendly from setup of clients, input data on forms, review totals, print runs, and filing with the government agencies. It is all inclusive for filing year-end forms.

Cons

Printer set-up was a little complicated when running the program from a cloud-based storage of the program.

I have used Account Ability for over 10 years. I like the product very much but as a small company, the ACA package is too expensive to add on. I used a different software to do the 14 forms that I needed at a fraction of the cost.

Pros

Account Ability is easy to use and works with most systems. Offers compliance on all ACA and Federal Regulated Forms.

Cons

I think the price if too high to add ACA package. Can not efile certain forms.

Reason for choosing Account Ability

Worked with my Addon software and was promoted by our IT provider.
