Tax time is a very stressful time and having account ability in my corner makes it so much easier. I know I can always count on them.

Pros

The customer service is amazing which is very rare these days. I appreciate the fact that they go the extra mile to ensure the process is as easy as possible.

Cons

Nothing, everything was exceptional. No complaints.

Excellent Issuing payroll documentation (W-2s and 1099s) is a very easy process.

Pros

We have been using Account Ability for over 5 years and it is very easy to use and the Customer Service Department is very knowledgeable as well as helpful if we need assistance. I would recommend this product very highly to anyone who is doing payroll functions (W-2s , 1099s etc)

Cons

Nothing - Everything with this product is easy to use and literally there are no issues.

We have been using Account Ability for about twenty years. We use it mainly to generate 1098s for our co-op clients and are grateful for its ease of use and the fact that it automatically allocates amounts when there has been a change in ownership during the year.

Pros

The program is easy to use and the instructions are easily understood. The best thing though is their support. This is a company that really cares about its customers, whether it's their billing department or the department that deals with software issues.

Cons

I can't think of anything at this time.

Pros

Cost is reasonable, easy to use, maintenance of records and flow through of filer and recipient information year to year. Built in filing connections. Customer service is great and prompt.

Cons

Would like to be able to email forms directly from software

Account Ability is easy to use and set up. We like the mapping feature on it to export the data from our system into Account Ability. It provides control totals and also the file to transmit to the IRS Fire system. It is a great software we use for 1099's and very reasonably priced.

Pros

It has a 500 concurrent usage and we are able to use it for our companies that aren't on our main accounting software.

Cons

There aren't many cons to Account Ability. Maybe just how the 1099's print on the page.

Again, \[sensitive content hidden\] and the support team were very helpful in a last minute crunch to get us set up for Electronic W2 reporting to IRS, as well as submission of 1095 which had not been done before. He took the time to walk me through everything, which made me feel more comfortable it was done right for our first time submitting.

Pros

The program is easy to use, make corrections if necessary. I like that you see what the form looks like to know everything is in the right spot. A lot of online instructions included that are very detailed in order to walk you through step by step.

Cons

There is alot of information within the program, so it is a little overwhelming when you first get in it and a little difficult to know where to start. However, there are several detailed instructions and guidance from \[sensitive content hidden\] and support team were very helpful.

Pros

We've used Account Ability for 10+ years and it's been very reliable. It pulls data from the prior year, which saves time. Overall it's a good value for the money.

Cons

Does not link to any other software, so everything must be entered manually initially. Moving around within Account Ability seems a bit cumbersome and your unable to put the entered documents in alphabetical order, once entered, for easy location.

We have used your W2 and 1099 programs for over 15 years and find them very beneficial.

Pros

It is very easy to generate W2's and 1099's and submit them to the agencies.

Cons

Corrections are a little confusing, but support does assist
