I have used this for several years because of government requirement to transmit W2s electronically and I still have issues of following the program and I have to call support. The Customer support is great, however, I should be able to process everything without contacting support every time! Pros We can import our IRS file from our core system into Account Ability reprint forms and make corrections much easier than using the core system. We have historical information which core does not keep on IRS information. Cons Corrections can be confusing but I do believe the IRS has something to do about how that works. Pros We use this product to develop and run W2's at the end of the year. We also make copies of W2's for employees throughout the year that have misplaced their original. Pros This software is very easy to understand. It is user friendly. Processing thousands of 1099's a year this software made my life so much easier. Any time I had questions a representative was able to help me so willing. Not only that they explained the process step by step so I could understand in the future. I highly recommend this software! We had a huge project to get everything in a very short time frame for the entire year. They helped us with importing the data and made sure we were able to use it properly even in the final hours before filing our returns. Pros Software was easy to use, and multiple people could use at the same time. The software was pretty easy to use and the ability to import from excel was very helpful.
