Pros

We use the Account Ability software for our annual 1099-misc reporting. We like the ability to upload our data and easily submit to the Print and Mail service.

Cons

So far we've had no issues with the software. We've been using for 10+ years.

I am technically challenged so the software is a bit much for me but again customer service is great.

Pros

Software was user friendly even though the appearance of it seemed like it was from the early 2000's. Also easy to find answers when questions arose.

Cons

The only item that caused concern was the customer support nearing the deadline which is to be expected.
