Overall, I think it's a great product. While there are some weird bugs and glitches, the customer service and support was top notch

Pros

It's very user friendly and had great customer support. Great value for your money and helps organize conversations easily

Cons

Can be occasionally buggy and slow at times managing contacts is somewhat of a pain and recent updates felt less than optimal.

It has been okay overall , I used it as needed in my business and personal life the same . Made it a smooth process for me.

Pros

It allows a lot of commonly used business programs to integrate within the application . I mainly integrated Salesforce within textus.

Cons

The theme and coloring is pretty plain but other than that it was easy n simple to use and implement

Pros

I used it ’cause it was a really handy solution and easy to set up. Getting messages on the computer is way easier than on mobile for keeping track of customers requests.

Cons

I couldn’t deal with the price hike and now there are plenty of free options to get SMS. Yeah, it’s more convenient, but to me it doesn’t justify the cost.

Pros

I like the mass texting option and making text templates.

Cons

It keeps the records and threads you don't need anymore, making it easy to choose the wrong number for the same person if you were not paying attention.

It was a wonderful experiance. Easy to use and kept everything in an easy to find place for myself and my team mates.

Pros

It made sending recruting messeges a snap. I used it mostly for that. Gave amazing suggestions on what to put in the messages and allowed me to send to a huge group of people at once. Made it easy to keep track of responses from all those individuals. Kept me in touch with other members of my team and allowed them to know who had been reached and who hadn't.

Cons

I had issues with it not working on my work phone.

Pros

I like that TextUs integrates with our ATS easily and that it is fairly simply.

Cons

TextUs is a separate text only line and a lot content recipients view the messages as spam.

We found this by chance, and we have been pleased with it. Even when we have to resend a text. This is very important because sometimes people prefer to be contacted via text rather than a call for whatever reason and this allows us to do so.

Pros

This is the newest texting outlet that we use to contact some of our customers. For some reason unknown to me, this actually reaches some customers that our other text software doesn't. This has made it very easy for us in this tech world that we live in.

Cons

There were a couple of times that a text had to be sent out a couple of times before a customer actually received it.

Overall, TextUs makes my job a lot easier and is an essential part of my day

Pros

I like that I can use my work phone rather than my personal number to text my candidates. I set up almost all my conversations through text and it's one of the main forms of communication I have with candidates. Plus, I have the app and can quickly access it anywhere!

Cons

The extension is slow to load a lot of the times which slows down my day, and sometimes doesn't open at all.

I loved the TextUs app and I miss it terribly. We moved to the TextUsNext app and I wish we could go back. TextUs is great in it's simplicity. It always worked as expected. The notification pop ups worked, the email notifications worked, it was everything I could have asked for! We used it every day for simple single user texts but also for mass-texting every now and then. The ability to tag and group people by industry or customer was awesome and made it easy to message multiple people for generic messages.

Pros

I loved the ease of use of the TextUs app the most. You can have multiple text windows open at the same time if you need to carry on multiple conversations throughout the day.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like was that we weren't able to block numbers. The other thing I don't like is that I can't go back to it now that we're using the TextUsNext app which no one in the office likes including myself.

Candidate can reach us directly by text, instead of calling.

Pros

Whenever I can't reach a candidate or client, I use TextUs to send a text message. Texting not only reaches people faster, but they can text us directly for any job ads we have out there.

Cons

Sending broadcasts is an excellent tool. I just wish it would allow you to text more characters. Sometimes you have to send multiple messages out just to convey a simple order/task.

Great product with an amazing team behind it. They're always available and always accommodating.

Pros

The software is incredibly easy to use and works well with our highly customized CRM. More than that though is their support and success team. Wow. They're highly skilled and incredibly attentive people that put our success at the forefront of what they do and we're incredibly grateful to be working with them in a professional capacity.

Cons

There are restrictions on the number of text blasts that are able to be sent per hour, which can create a bottleneck for us at times.

I used TextUs to reach out to candidates in the US. I worked in an offshore recruiting company before and TextUs has been very helpful in reaching out to our candidates.

Cons

I can't think of any cons for this software. It has played a vital role in connecting with our candidates and I have not encountered any problems using it.

Easy to communicate with my candidates those who are in a situation where there is call connnectivity issue or somewhere they couldn't talk over the phone. Also, helps as a reminder for interview date/time.

Pros

The best part is the data which show the number of sent/delivered messages and bounced ones.

Cons

Great application doesnt requires any dislikes rather I would suggest to make the mobile app a more user friendly which I later came to know that already you guys are working on it.

Pros

I love the ease of use. I love the App. It is effective and easy. In this age of mobile devices texting is about the best way to get anyone quickly. We are able to reach a large number of people with just a little time put in.

Cons

I have no problems to list as a con. It works smoothly and we get no spam from using it. We are completely satisfied from a user stand point.

I Love It!!!!

Pros

TextUs is easy to use and I receive a quicker response from candidates! Some won't answer a call from an unknown number, but when I text first, they reply back and we can then schedule a time to speak.

Cons

I use TextUs for the basic feature to communicate with applicants. I find it quick and easy and have found no fault in my need for it.

Desktop software works well, doesn't refresh as often as the previous version. I have to click on another tab, and back to the tab I want in order to see the latest text that I can see in my notifications.

Cons

The mobile app still needs work -- I frequently have to quit and restart in order to gain functionality.

Pros

One of my favorite things about this software is that I’m able to send a mass text message to my clients. This is a great way for me to inform them on any current promotions or product launches.

Cons

As much as I loved this software, it is difficult to say what I didn’t like about it. Just like any app, sometimes it freezes or crash. It could be an issue on my end. So to me it’s not a big deal
