While there are some weird bugs and glitches, the customer service and support was top notch Pros It's very user friendly and had great customer support. Great value for your money and helps organize conversations easily Cons Can be occasionally buggy and slow at times managing contacts is somewhat of a pain and recent updates felt less than optimal. Getting messages on the computer is way easier than on mobile for keeping track of customers requests. Cons I couldn’t deal with the price hike and now there are plenty of free options to get SMS. Easy to use and kept everything in an easy to find place for myself and my team mates. Pros It made sending recruting messeges a snap. I used it mostly for that. Gave amazing suggestions on what to put in the messages and allowed me to send to a huge group of people at once. Made it easy to keep track of responses from all those individuals. Even when we have to resend a text. This is very important because sometimes people prefer to be contacted via text rather than a call for whatever reason and this allows us to do so. Pros This is the newest texting outlet that we use to contact some of our customers. For some reason unknown to me, this actually reaches some customers that our other text software doesn't. This has made it very easy for us in this tech world that we live in. Cons There were a couple of times that a text had to be sent out a couple of times before a customer actually received it. I set up almost all my conversations through text and it's one of the main forms of communication I have with candidates. Plus, I have the app and can quickly access it anywhere! We use a text in combination with your standard voicemail and find that people reach back out via text so much more quickly. Pros Textus is a great way to get a hold of people so much faster, nowadays people prefer to text for quick items that can easily be addressed in a text. I like that you are able to use your business line instead of personal cell phone. The ease of being able to create templates is great for messages that you send often. The app is great as well to be able to keep texting consistent with your business line. It syncs with our software and automatically documents the text exchange in our system. This new TextUs Next has stopped more than half of our employees from using the app as it really is difficult to use. We would love to go back to the original format . Pros The ease of setting up and sending out campaigns. This process in now streamlined and very easy to do. Cons I do not like how many steps it takes to accomplish looking for a text thread with a contact and how many steps to see if this contact has already been put in the system. Pros It allows me to connect with large numbers of potential candidates and current employees without taking up too much time. It helps me be more productive. People check their texts more easily than their emails and its a quick check in process that makes life a whole lot easier. It also has a widget for the corner of your computer screen and makes getting/sending texts a lot easier. This is a great way for me to inform them on any current promotions or product launches. Cons As much as I loved this software, it is difficult to say what I didn’t like about it. Just like any app, sometimes it freezes or crash. It could be an issue on my end.
