Pros: I love the ability to be able to break your tasks into the top driven categorization by epic, feature etc, but then view bespoke dashboards by how you are running your dev team.

Cons: It requires a lot of initial setup but i figure this is particularly generic across all agile / scrum work

Overall: Agile development
Idea - to live

Comments: My company went to this from the previous version of Jira. I find this product MUCH more cumbersome, not at all easy to work across scrum teams and has very poor reporting mechanisms.

Using this across multiple scrum teams to manage projects and stories, this product is just not simple to use. It requires the cross functional users to be really comfortable with the software. The reports that get generated are very cumbersome to filter and sort, and there is no really good view within a report without a whole lot of manipulation of the data.
