For my needs this software covers everything I wanted and I had already tried numerous other software packages before opting for OpenRMA Cons The inventory management side is not fully functional as yet but it's still being expanded upon and improved. Some larger enterprises might find this as a negative. Cons If you change the format of RMA numbers , then you can't see the old's RMS format unless you know the exact RMA number. you can't search by client.
