En 3 años ha funcionado muy bien, pero en la actualidad el trato es malisimo y falla muchísimo la aplicación

Mala, he puesto numeros reclamaciones y me ignoran por completo. La app tiene fallos técnicos cada dos por tres lo que hace que no la puedas usar cuando lo necesitas.

Pros

Conciliación bancaria, puedes asociar al movimiento bancario una factura emitida o de gasto. No funciona a la perfección pero muy poquitos programas de este tipo tienen esta función.

Cons

La atención del personal y sus nociones técnicas, el apartado de facturación.

Muy decepcionante, tuve que pagar otro software de facturación ya que enviaban mails erróneos a nuestros clientes. Ni si quiera se disculparon, ni arreglaron el error. Se generaban facturas recurrente por duplicado y me dijeron que lo arreglara yo. Puedo daros tantos ejemplos de mal soporte: respuestas al cabo de 4 días y preguntándote si ya se había arreglado el problema solo! En fin, un desastre.

Pros

SI te quedas con Billage, es solamente por el precio. No hay ningún otro motivo.

Cons

El soporte sin duda. En especial el tal \[contenido sensible oculto\]. Como te toque, ya sabes que no te va a solucionar nada de nada.

Por el precio únicamente y por la automatización de facturas. Pero realmente al no funcionar bien, la ha acabado liando más que otra cosa.

Fácil proceso de creación de proformas y facturas. Disponible en Español también. Poder tener multicuenta para los diferentes proyectos que gestionamos.

Cons

Muy contentos con la herramienta, nada que comentar. Nos fuimos de la herramientas porque buscabamos otra que sea más completa y más orientada a ventas.

El programa lo utilizo generalmente para el registro de facturas, clientes y proveedores. Tiene un módulo muy completo de contabilidad y de ajuste bancario pero es bastante complejo y poro intuitivo. El resto de módulos no les veo utilidad. Billage pertenece a estos programas que quieren ser una navaja suiza, pero que fracasan en el intento porque no llegan a cubrir adecuadamente las necesidades de un CRM + Facturación + TPV.

Pros

Facilidad de uso, importaciones, sin límites en la generación de documentos de pago o facturas, tampoco tiene limitaciones en el número de clientes/proveedores.

Cons

De vez en cuando, te cambia enteros 120 --> 119,99 y no hay manera de redondear la cifra, teniendo que añadir un importe a IVA cero para poder enviar o registrar pago. El soporte es mediocre, no hay una gran empresa detrás. Subida del 40% en el plan básico de un año para otro (que yo sepa sin aviso, fue una "grata" sorpresa). Pocas actualizaciones (o ninguna), yo al menos no he visto nuevo y relevante nada en 3 años Flexibilidad de reportes inexistentes, tienes los que hace la platfaforma, nada más. (tan difícil es proporcionar un acceso al modelo relacional de datos y dejar que el usuario se haga sus reportes?)

Reasons for choosing billage

En su momento Billage me parecía que ofrecía un precio muy competitivo sin las ridículas limitaciones que ofrecen otros programas de facturación a la hora de generar los documentos clientes o proveedores. Esto ha cambiado con sus nuevos planes de precio, por lo que estoy evaluando cambiar.

I'm happy, but for it to be ideal I would especially need the double control part. Now I am trying to implement the prestashop invoices but I still cannot evaluate the theme because I do not have it installed yet.

Pros

I was looking for a cheap software that gives me the basic benefits and this one has them The attention is excellent and the solutions when it fails are quite fast. They are always implementing new things although they do not always serve me.

Cons

The biggest problem I see is that it does not have double entry control, that is, if I make a credit in the bank because I have deposited money, the balance of the account does not drop in cash. It seems to me a very big mistake when it comes to controlling financial accounts. Also lets put an invoice as collected no matter where the money is entered, so if you need to control it, it is impossible. On the other hand, it would be good if they added a way to make a quick ticket, like a supermarket ticket.

Es fácil de usar. Es mi primer contacto con la contabilidad, dado que siempre había trabajado por cuenta ajena. Billage es fácil de usar. Intuitivo, incluso para alguien como yo que no sabe lo que se hace en cuanto a contabilidad se refiere. La atención al cliente es muy buena.

Cons

Alguna vez no he sabido encontrar alguna de las funciones. Sin embargo, este hecho probablemente es más por mi desconocimiento que por algún fallo en el software en sí.

Muy buena, respuesta inmediata, servicio impecable de soporte y mejora cada día la herramienta sin que te des cuenta incluye alguna nueva funcionalidad.

Pros

La facilidad de uso, es intuitivo, simple y tiene lo que una PYME necesita. He buscado mucho y como trabajo con Apple no es sencillo encontrar una solución que se adapte a la facilidad con la que los usuarios de apple estamos acostumbrados a trabajar.

Cons

Han ido cambiando los planes y casi me quedo fuera del uso de la herramienta. Pero actualmente es lo que necesito.
