### "TIP TOP Pos provider"

They cannot do enough to help, always fast to respond when assistance is needed, clean reporting.

Pros

The support is great, dedicated telegram channel to a full team of techs. Good integrations, robust stock inventory management system. Glen in particular went well out of his way to help get un onboarded, with both extensive product inputting to facilitating the integration with DOJO.

Cons

N/A - nothing to complain about, it does what I need it to do

### "Exceptional product, service & support"

Incredible product, it's absolutely transformed the business and the support we've received, not just when setting up, but throughout the 18 months following has been nothing short of impeccable, especially from \[sensitive content hidden\]. He's knowledgable, explains things really well and always willing to bend over backwards to help us find solutions and keep us up to date with changes and upgrades.

Pros

With the support of \[sensitive content hidden\], it's incredibly easy to use. Staff are serving faster, the level of data we have now has transformed the business and it's lifted so much stress and guess-work.

Cons

Absolutely none. For a hospitality business, it's perfect- there's nothing better on the market.

Very pleased and the team are very, very quick to sort any issues.

Pros

Very easy to use interface. It is great that images can be used to differentiate products.

Cons

I think the members side of using a card could be easier.

Fantastic. Two sites using them. Tried all the industry ‘recommended’ Epos companies, by far superior for ease of use for management and team members, support. Was dubious to change and try them, but so glad we did. 7 days a week telegram customer service up until 12am at night, no waiting or annoying phone calls. They’re on it!

Pros

Great customer service, great product/epos, constantly evolving, no issues, lagging. Ease of use for team members, great back office features.

Cons

I want them to evolve their bookings and develop this area, to have a more advanced pre order process, if they do this, we can drop our bookings system and just use Tabology for all

My overall experience has been extremely positive. The team are easy to get hold of should anything go wrong - which in my case wasn’t anything serious

Pros

Ease of use! The front end EPOS is straightforward and just makes sense. The back office is where it really sings - product management is way simpler than any system I’ve used previously. I’m partially sighted and can move around all parts of Tabology with ease.

Cons

The kitchen order screens not being able to run off cheaper android hardware.

### "Brilliant Software"

Brilliant sales & support team, they were very friendly and informative. The free trial gives you more than enough time to utilise the software in your business and see whether it fits. The setup of printer/cash drawer was near instantaneous, and was very convenient it could be done straight from the bar tab app. Me and my staff love it, and it’ll be staying for a while to come.

Pros

I like it’s ease of use in terms of POS and back office/setup. It was very straightforward and I had no struggles in setting it up.

Cons

There are no cons that I have found so far.

Really positive, been with them since we opened in 2018 and wouldn’t consider moving.

Pros

All the updates, the functionality, booking systems, reports- the list is endless.

Cons

Back end not available as an app which would be really helpful and not being able to put things through the till remotely for example if someone has paid via payment link.

Pros

Bar tab is user friendly, efficient and by far the best EPOS system I have worked with. It does everything I need - from product countdown, to reservations, to table plans and rotas for my staff. If I have any questions I contact the support team who are always so quick to get back to me.

Cons

Cannot think of any negatives, bar tab ticks all the right boxes.

### "An ideal EPOS"

Used rPOS as our till system in a craft beer/casual dining venue and honestly couldn't have been more satisfied. Will certainly use again in my next venue(s).

Pros

Easy to use and super simple to modify. Customer support were available any time I needed advice/instructions on how to alter features. I could even see how live takings were going when off site.

Cons

None that I can honestly think of.

Pros

It's great to use & the interface is set up really nicely so it's easy to navigate. Also the products are easily manageable in the back office.

Cons

Sometimes a bit glitchy and has a tendency to restart the app randomly while you're halfway putting an order on

Pros

Tabology helped improve my business. The support is pretty quick when I needed it, but it just works. Very happy with it really.

Cons

It was a bit hard for me to understand, but they walked me through it.
