Pros

It is easy for a non-digital person like myself. Also, behind-the-scenes customer service is respectful and highly productive.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of right now. I use Reckon App mainly for Single Touch Payroll reporting to the Australia Tax Office for myself and one other employee in my business.

It is the most cost-effective accounting software! Perfect for small business owner. Easy to read and show, immediate customer service team, cheaper than Xero, user-friendlier than MYOB.

Pros

Affordable, easy to learn, user-friendly surface, love BAS function in Tax.

Cons

1\. I hope I could group process some functions, for example accepting bank transactions in banking.2. It’s not user friendly in mobile devices, but if this will rise the cost, then I can live without it.

Import bank statement and code to chart of accounts, as we go.

Cons

Our financial year runs from Jan to Dec, and that's not an automatic drop down selection option. We have to put in the exact dates.

Reckon One has been great for me, if I forget to invoice someone, doesn't matter where I am as long as I have internet, I can access my Book.

Pros

I like the how much you can get out of it for the price, compared to others in the market. It is easy to correct errors and has all the reports you need for small business, and has unlimited users. I also love that Reckon One is Australian Owned.

Cons

Some of the functions are aren't quite there, needs an on screen calculator for one.

Never too simple a problem to ask for help nor too hard that Reckon cannot solve. Tech support is also well trained and its great that they would check with their team if they werent too sure.

Pros

Easy to navigate and can handle multiple entities.

Cons

No weekend tech support though understandable in these days and age. Costs for provding weekend support may be prohibitive.

Easy to outgrow very quickly if your business is expanding at a rapid rate and is extremely isolated in terms of integration

The best part of using Reckon One is that the Customer Support people are very helpful. The explanatory videos are also very good, but are sometimes a bit difficult to understand

Pros

All I require is basic payroll functionality & STP. Reckon One is capable of much more than I need or want to use.

Cons

Considering that I am using so little of the functionality I was unimpressed that the cost rose by 20% in the first 6 months of use

Pros

It’s easy to follow once setup. If you can’t understand any changes to your process the contact and follow up to assist you is immediate.

Cons

Nothing at all. The product was fit for purpose.

Cons

Print features are cumbersome. Cut and paste functionality when cutting from another application is not available. No automatic tracking of documents sent.

Bargain price for a freelance business. Easily integrate with your bank accounts for easy bank reconciliation. Great Dashboard for quick critical information.

Not many integrations, lack of detailed user guide for setting up extra modules within the software.

Simple interface and effective accounting software with all necessary hardware. You can save your data regularly and then print it out. It has many alternatives in this field, but what prompted me to use it was its easy-to-use and simple interface.

Cons
