Pros: I can nurture leads with content based on their stage in my 'segmented buying' lists.

Cons: Sometimes a contact is not enriched because their email address is not linked to their social profiles (so the customer success woman says). When you pay for contacts though it's only based on ones that are enriched so does not take up the credits you pay for!

Overall: The enriched customer profiles allowed me to get to know my customers before reaching out to them. When a feature wasn't available I put in my request and merely a week later is was built! Great customer support and helpful on boarding services.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's an up and coming product with lots of potential, their response to my feature request shows that they're willing to build an awesome product, they're just a few steps away.
