We've used the software to deliver over 100,000 high stakes examinations alongside formative assessments, in both English and Welsh. Pros Excellent customer service and very easy to get hold of knowledgeable members of staff when required. Surpass staff make the effort to make their customers feel valued and listened to. Cons Custom development within the core platform can be slow and expensive, however they do their best to understand customer requirements prior to development.
