Pros: Great guys. The one time I had a question with customer service they were very prompt and helped me. Good honest service, definitely worth it.

Cons: I think I forgot sometimes what the actual "limits" were on the plan I'd subscribed too and tried to upload too large of files. That was my bad tho.

Great support. Their team is always ready to help.

Pros: The interface is very basic, but provides all the necessary features. Not much else to say regarding this.

Cons: We have not experienced any downtime with them. Their support response time is very low. When we send an email request then we usually get a response back in a few hours.

We have used the hosted Bugzilla package successfully for the past 5 years.

Pros: It allows us to easily track and prioritize our product support issues. It's simple to learn, the whole team can use it, and the administration overhead is very low. The response from devZing support has been timely and helpful on the three occasions we've had cause to use it.

Pros: stability of the software - almost always available. Bugzilla features were good.
Export feature and report generation were good.

Cons: would have been good to have a good Git solution as well.
Good to have some sort of link to GitHub
UI could probably do with an upgrade

Pros: We have been using Bugzilla for years and it's been a pretty helpful tool in our software development. I am a system admin but also a test engineer. I was using Bugzilla to log the bugs. It's very user friendly, simple to use and straight forward. Also the customer service is awesome. We recently changed our business credit card and forgot to update in DevZing. They reactivated the service for us even when we didn't realize what the problem was. When they got in touch with me about the card, they helped updated our info very quickly and the system was back on in time. Thanks.

Cons: The software is easy to use overall but the UI isn't the best in the field. I've used other bug tracking software before and bugzilla is the one that is more user friendly. But I think that brought this problem because it's easy to use so the UI could be less fancy. If the UI can be upgraded that would be better.

Overall: The function to export bug list has been very helpful for our quality department for reports.

Never been anything but terrific, easy to use, inexpensive and considerable helpful.

Pros: It's logically constructed and the instance is always available and gets updated seamlessly. It is easy to sign in and customize if needed, although it is easy to fit it in and develop a process for your programmers and all involved.

Cons: Too many ways to login and safari can't find the saved login at times because of this, at least that is my assumption, could be user error, but not a biggie.

This was very easy to setup and without any need for support.

Pros: We only used Bugzilla and it was very simple and easy to distribute the tool and give access to users outside of our organization.

Cons: Subscribing on changes generated e-mails lokking the it was sent from the administraters own email, people put filter to net get spammed. This resulted in that the administrators own emails was missed (Sent to trashcan)

Pros: Simple and reliable. I always can count on the great support even though I don't have to use it often. I love it.

Cons: The biggest advantage, simplicity and easy of use, is the worst disadvantage at the same time. Does not offer advanced tools for Project Management and Repositories.

Overall: I was working with a team of 15 developers on a project. We were using the project management and repository tools offered by devZing. The simplicity and easy of use is the best advantage of this service.

Pros: Very simple streamlined administrator interface for SubVersion hosting, fast servers, outstanding North America based customer support.

Cons: Can't think of anything major. This is minor, but the list of repositories in the admin panel of my account at devzing.com is a bit too wide using Opera browser and therefore appears a bit wonky/outside the frame.

Great product for the price. I'm very satisfied.

Pros: scale-ability and economics, and customization. Very little down time, perhaps once or twice in 5 years.

If we find a bug in the tools they acknowledge and no matter what time or day they fix them

Cons: We need the company to expand and have more tools. It also needs more video tutorials for the noiveces

Overall: Incredible economics and scale-ability

Greate Service. I am very happy.

Pros: Unlimited Projects, Great Storage. Unlimited Users. It is very easy to use. I have to try another seven services and this is the better.

Cons: I Really like that you can implement GIT. But I am very happy with the service in the way is now.
Maybe can you give more storage.

Overall: Great Price. Without problems.

We are using devZing from couple of years and it is easy to use.

Pros: I am using this portal from more than 2 year and it is good experience to use this software. It has a great design and easy to use.

Cons: Cons : What I feel recently about SVN integeration with bugZilla can be improved.
If we can change status, hours and other fields of perticular bug from commit window of SVN using some IDE like VS, eclipse etc... then this would be great.

DevZing is providing a turn-key solution; it was up & running in a few hours.

Good customer support.

Cons: 1 GB for all attached file size.
Outdated UI (supporting Markdown would be appreciated) but it's doing the job.

Overall: Help tracking bugs for many large projects spanning over 10+ years of support.

Pros: Easy of installation.
Browser compatible- with most of the varieties of standard ones. The basics are easy to use. Free and open source option is available, which is great for young tech start-ups.

Cons: UI design not attractive.
Customization difficult. I felt the UI needs some improvement - alongwith Usability. The other paid tools have good customizability - defining the workflows or even showing proper labels.

Overall: Overall Bugzilla has a proven track record of being a very good tool - esp for start-ups with less money and/or either a company or a new sub-department within the organization - where the management doesn't want to invest a lot of money.Overall Bugzilla has a proven track record of being a very good tool - esp for start-ups with less money and/or either a company or a new sub-department within the organization - where the management doesn't want to invest a lot of money.

I can easily manage the code for project I assigned to my team.

Pros: That anyone on floor directly add bug for a project and track the status. I get a reminder mail on the bugs still pending to close.

Cons: I am not getting the detail of code changes in notification mail, it only show a list. Some times person find filling bug in Bugzilla a bit tough then communicating it through mail.

Overall: I can easily track commits for project and the detail of person who made changes. Can edit permission of persons. Can use it for bug tracking, it is easy to use and any one can easy file a bug into it.

Easy, we use it. not only to tracks bug but also to keep track of the time worked on each project.

Pros: Very intutive to use and manage. When we decided to use it as time sheet, It took only a few hours to modify the setup.

Cons: Impossible to undo or modify an entry. If you make a typo or assign time to the wrong project, even the manager can not remove the erroneous entry.

Overall: No more manual time tracking, no more tedious time sheet to complete.
