Comments: The product is easy to use but very time consuming in getting all of our information into it. We started out with a blank product and although we had amazing direction, starting out blank left us without enough time.

Comments: What continually impresses me is they are always working on their product, and updating and taking our suggestions into consideration on making it easier to use. The entire staff is very accommodating. Their online training sessions are some of the best I've used. I highly recommend them.

Pros: Goal setting, list of to do's even if I miss one it is listed each time I open Occupancy Advantage

Overall: We switched from REPS to Occupancy Advantage at the end of the year and love everything about it. Representatives have been fabulous to work with during the switch over!! Always open to any and all questions and offer great advice about the help page as a back up also. Love the reports, love being able to set goals, and chat with other staff from Occupancy Advantage. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a database to track leads.

Recommendations to other buyers: Easy to use, staff is great at training and the whole process was easy
