And It Sure Is..." August 10, 2021 4.0 It was fine. Being as it was an industry tool it had its perk and benefits which outweighed the negatives. Pros It is built for the Senior Living Community industry so out of the box it comes with the fields and information you'll need specifically to your own community. Since the customers are all in the same vertical the support is able to help as they're more niche themselves Cons It's bulky and clearly meant for the senior living community. Representatives have been fabulous to work with during the switch over!! Always open to any and all questions and offer great advice about the help page as a back up also. Love the reports, love being able to set goals, and chat with other staff from Occupancy Advantage. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a database to track leads.
